A Guild Receptionist for the Imperium City Adventurer's Guild. She is ordered upon Imperial Decree to become an Investigator and assist in the investigation of the mass dungeon outbreak in Oriar. 

The mysterious masked adventurer of the Imperium City Adventurer's Guild. A 5-Star Adventurer who has a hundred percent success rate on Requests. Always ends up leaving a bloody mess for Arian to clean up. Not much is known about him.  

A regular at Do It Rai Cafe ran by Arian's family. He's a Topographic Analyst for a private company affiliated with the Forgers Ether Stone Corporation whose job is to analyze the terrain of a region to see whether it's usable or not. Loves his cinnamon coffee cakes and decaf cinnamon lattes. 

The current Duke of Lengeheim Duchy and Advisor to the Third Prince, Alistar Lorain. A close acquaintance of Arian's from their Academy days. Despite his stern appearance, he's rather introverted and socially awkward. Seems to not want to deal with Alistar. 

A friend of Arian's from her school days. She's currently a Reporter for Oriar Broadcasting Network (OBN) covering the story on the mass Dungeon outbreak around Oriar. 

The Third Prince of Oriar. A mischievous guy who cares nothing about keeping appearances for the sake of status. Is friends with Arian since their childhood and seems to hold her in high esteem. Also, becomes a complete idiot in front of Hailey, which everyone but Hailey knows he has a crush on. 

An Investigator and skilled Archer based in Jannad, Tanya is shown to be highly charismatic and can get along with virtually everyone. She's also the leader of the Orken Power Plant Dungeon Investigation Team along with Arian, Blank, Nicolette, and Gerhman. 

The daughter of a Marquis and the former classmate of Arian, Nicolette has never been on good terms with Arian ever since Arian toppled her scores in Arcmagia. Despite her grudge, she is a talented Healer and knows how to remain professional despite her animosity towards others. 

A member of Imperium City's Royal Guard and Tanker for the Orken Power Plant Dungeon Investigation Team, Gerhman is a stoic man who only cares about completing missions and getting stronger. Despite his burly appearance, he has exceptional insight and can catch onto things quickly. 

The continent in which our story takes place. Oriar is ruled by a Monarchy elected every 15 years through a semi-democratic election (though that is changing to become fully democratic). It is also the largest continent in the world, being home to over two hundred different ethnic groups. The capital of Oriar is Imperium City located in the center of Oriar which is currently ruled by the 217th Emperor, Emperor Tobias "Magnus" Lorain Jainor. 

The capital of the powerful Oriar continent. Home to the Royals, Parliament, and the famed Imperium City Academy. It is separated into ten different Districts/Rings: Outerskirts, Innerskirts, Quotidian, Souk Agora, Dagogy, Naruk Agora, Outer Business District, Inner Business District, Nobleheim, and Royal Court.  

Located in Imperium City, the Imperium City Academy (ICA) with an acceptance rate of 0.5% is proclaimed to be the Academy of genuises producing some of the most famed individuals in the world. 90% of ICA graduates end up becoming at least 7-Star Adventurers or in management positions within the first three years after graduation. The transfer rate into ICA is even lower at approximately 0.01%.
