The Chaos changed our world. The memories of its past are long gone, and we now live surrounded by Mists with Chaos Storms rampaging and ruins of the Old World before us. Not like the grand picture matters for me, as I am happy with the girl I found and simple life we built.

Sometimes though I can't help asking those questions. Is Chaos Touch a blessing or a curse? There is no given answer to that question. For me, a student who has lost her parents long ago, found her second half, and is content with her lifestyle, it should be a curse. But as it is in life, nothing is so simple.

Disclaimer: The "action" genre does not match the first part of the story well. It will become relevant from the second part onward. Also, while by some definition the story can be called a tragedy, it's not intended to be one and related themes won't be common.

Status: chapter 6

This story is a Journey. The protagonist and narrator is literally on a journey to find her lover again, and a Journey to discover what the touch of Chaos has done to her (spoiler: look at the cover).

Update: Well, that's the way it looked a couple of chapters ago. Turns out one of those journeys is pretty short. But the couple still needs to discover things, and calling a story a journey is a nice, literate thing to say, so I'll stick with it.

I'd say she's OP, but the touch of Chaos has resulted in more OP characters, some of whom are discussed early. Suffice it to say she's strong.

She rambles, jumping from topic to topic, and reacts emotionally to what she thinks and figures out before she can put those things into words. It makes for a very engaging and very human narrative, and I've been known to refresh my reading list right when I think a new chapter will come out.

Highly recommended.
