Excellent start and follow through. The plot and character interaction are solid, and the world is very interesting. The Dao comprehension and cultivation could use a little work, but are definitely interesting, kinda like a mix of xianxia and the tower dungeon level up systems. I wish the MC was a little smarter and did more investigation/experimentation, but thats just preferences.
Seems like the author is taking a break, but I really hope they come back. This is a novel I frequently check up on because I'm excited to see where it goes. One of my favorites on this site.

I'm enjoying this story a lot.
It's early in the story, so hard to say if it will continue being interesting, but the first chapter is one hell of an introduction, and the MC seems interesting.

Quite boring, MC has no personality and is out of nowhere capable of killing something bear sized with makeshift spear, unrealistic unless author gave him some extensive combat backstory which he did not. The bear sized thing also didn't manage to hit him good even once. To defeat something like that you would need battle hardened knight with spear and plate armor.
He also got most generic cheat a slime could've, absorption of traits/stats/skills/whatever. Pretty boring imo.
