Soren, a man with countless memories of earth but none of his past finds himself falling into a vicious world full of mystery and magic.

After having a brush with death, he discovers that he possesses the unfathomable power of creation allowing him to create anything man-made from earth, beginning from the earliest of human civilization all the way up to the 22nd century.

From guns to radios, advanced cybernetics to artificial intelligence, nothing is out of his reach, but he comes to find that using his ability carelessly comes with an unbearable price that he must respect lest he meet an untimely death.

Eventually he finds one of the world's inhabitants, a fantasy race, the starlight elves. They are a cursed people, magickless and severed from the path of martial might, they live in despair, constantly in fear of magical beasts and slavers.

Taken by their plight and for his own selfish reasons, he helps to rebuild their splintered Moonstar nation, but with enemies on all sides who posses terrifying magical abilities, Soren must light the fires of industry and lead his people with an iron fist for he alone shoulders their hopes for a better future.
