At about half-way through I can say that there is a good story here that needs some polish.

The MC is basically the nuerotic type and operates on a lot of anime/manga tropes.  I would almost call them an unreliable main narrator, as there is a lot of stutter typing/slipping for things of a more adult nature. It also heavily focuses on the MC's self-denial of their self and the reality around them.

The world around them is significantly more s*xually liberal (not in the political sense ofc) than our own and so far as of C41, the MC acts like an anime Eternal-Virgin who has a dysfunctional, puritanical reaction to any intamacy at all, including their own body.  Seriously, the MC acts like a blushing anime virgin at all times to their own body. 

Lastly, the story suffers heavily from a lack of editing.  There are very odd uses of language throughout.  Not sure of the author is ESL, but there are a lot of word choices that don't make a lot of sense, especially in dialogue.  Characters are constantly leering at each other, so I'm not sure the author knows what that word means.  Reading It was like trying to translate the story as I went, despite the words being in English.
