"May the dice roll in your favor."

**Author's Notes:**

- I as the author have employed multiple pen names throughout my journey, including Chaos_Guide, TS Greed, and Slumbering Dragon.

- This is a fantasy tale with a morally complex protagonist who does not shy away from embracing the darker aspects of his character.

- The story commences in a world devoid of fantasy elements, gradually ascending through the ranks of worlds as the expansive universe unravels.

- The narrative truly takes off with the onset of Volume 2, where the first fantasy world unfolds in all its grandeur.

Status: Chapter 52: Death without cause

I enjoyed reading this novel, although it's not for everyone, as it differs from the usual ones.

The pacing can be slow at times, particularly with the fact that 9/12 chapters (As of today) are dedicated to the  trials of the pagoda.

So, if you prefer a fast-paced story, this novel may not be for you. But if you enjoy a slow-paced story, then this novel might be your cup of tea.

    - Updated Review -

Holy, okay so I have posted a review previously at chapter 19, so I have been here for a while, and I would have to say, I am in love with this story, especially after volume one where we finally get the hot stuff.

So, first read it from the start if you feel it's too slow and you are not feeling the tower then skip to chapter 13 that is the end of the tower. And if you want the fantasy stuff then skip to chapter 38.

Status: chapter 48: fiery golden eyes

Engaging from the very beginning, this book held my interest, and the more I read, the more I craved. The author skillfully weaves captivating scenes with a fluid writing style, making it a compelling recommendation for those in search of a refreshing read.

    • Overall:

Evidently crafted with emotion and care, the book left a strong impression. I eagerly look forward to continuing this intriguing tale.

    • Character:

I'm particularly drawn to anti-hero leads, and the main character's execution by the author is flawless—I have no complaints.

    • Story:

The narrative maintains a well-paced rhythm, distributing similar themes evenly across chapters for a seamless flow that enhances the overall reading experience.

    • Style:

The writing style is effortlessly accessible, devoid of unnecessary complexities, making it suitable for readers of all preferences. My only reservation lies in the placement of images within chapters, which, personally, I find distracting and capable of disrupting immersion.
