Well, I can't say that being weak isn't captivating in its own way; let's start there. Hated by the heavens, as is the cliche standard, what else... Broken engagement? Worry not, felines don't have to deal with the hassle of engagements nor the shame of a broken one.

What should an immortal cat do with his life? Simply finding fish to eat is hard enough, and now he's got to push past the limitations the heavens cursed him with? Well, what's a death or two to a cat that wants his fish, especially if it's a cat with more than nine lives. Eating tasty fish is the most important thing in the world after all. And he's got all the time in the world to find the best fish of them all.

The new heroes of the world are those with classes. Many of these new heroes inherited their special class and were able to start leveling up when the ripple happened. Some people gained a new class when certain requirements were meet, and others gained a class from books from dungeons. But most common people like Johann had never been gifted by a class and have to continue working their life the same way as everyone else. And only those with a class can enter a dungeon to gain further riches.
Johann is discriminated even worse because there is no where for him to move up while working at Sauropod Station. He has to wait on people at the register, clean up their trash, and put up with everything while trying to keep a smile. But this all is about to change when he finds a class book and becomes Gas Station Sauropod's first and only necromancer. Pity that dealing with the dead is a complete taboo and is entirely considered anti-hero to the point legislators have outlawed ownership of books dealing with necromancy and other horror based abilities. So how will he deal and how can he get in dungeons when all normal people consider this unsavory. <<less

In a turn of event, someone managed to subdue the newly born greater demonoid and even suppressed her demonoid cell, reverting the woman back to her human form. Introducing himself as the fabled 'Kamen Rider', the only person rumoured to be able to square up against a greater demonoid, the man explained to the woman that his assistant has crafted a belt that is both capable of suppressing and harnessing the power of the demonoid sleeping within her body.

The man promised to show the rope so that the woman could use her newly found power properly. In the process, the woman learned that the man was in fact, an otherworlder who came to this world for a specific task. After learning that the greater demonoids named themselves with the series of names that bear uncanny resemblance to the names mentioned in an old tale from his home world, the man named the woman 'Seir', citing that the Seir from the old tale was depicted as a beautiful horse rider; fitting as she'll become the rumoured 'kamen rider', replacing him as his main task in this world has now come to an end.

Thus begin the journey of Kamen Rider Seir to rid her world from the menace of the demonoids.
