In a suspiciously typical fantasy setting (totally not foreshadowing I swear), a girl finds herself within an ancient crypt, when she stumbles upon a shrine and- more importantly- a slab with a prophecy written upon it. Her unhealthy lust for evil-slaying adventure brings her to follow what it says and-
Well, let's just say she gets a friend.
A friend who's supposed to bring peace to the world, but is a bit too sad and has a bit too much amnesia to really do it.

(Like CDNE, this story will have most of my mental budget going towards being well written- not having the best plot in the world. (Though I personally quite like the way this one is turning out. Hopefully I can manage to put my ideas to words. Unlike CDNE, however, I will try to have a backlog of chapters to upload. Let's see what happens with that plan.)
