It begins as a usual isekai story.
No, wait. It`s worse. It's otome isekai. And I`m the villain.
Of course, there must be some kind of cheat to make up for it. It's that kind of story.
And my cheat is... being a shoggoth. Which apparently includes being a genius with setting up all sorts of production. Because "engineered to be universal labor" backstory for that race, I surmise.
So... Screw it, full steam ahead. Let's see what I can make out of this world and it's ikebana-based magic.
I love this one.
The way it was written, the mc's monologues, the character relationships, EVERYTHING.
Keep it up author!!

First of all, if you write a review, do hold back until you read more than 5-10 chapters. The two one star reviews present are evidence of people writing a review without enough understanding of the story. I personally enjoy the story a lot.
Sure, there are some grammar issues, but they do not make the writing impossible to understand.
If I were to review grammar itself it would get 4 stars with 5 for everything else.
Also, who the hell expects "perfect writing" from a story posted on the internet by an amateur author, who may or may not be a native speaker? I never really understood that "requirement" from some people. Especially since a lot of officially published books written by professionals and edited by professionals can also have iffy grammar, weird sentence structures etc.
This is a 5 star story period.

For All That Slithers, this is... nghhhhhhhhhh. It was the best binge I had maybe ever. It not just presses all the buttons I need, it's also objectively good.
Transmigration played well, with protagonist perfectly integrated in the world, but using her knowledge and experience of the past life.
Monsterness played really well, both silly and serious moments, not overplayed, with great buildup when you wait and want more, but it's not something mundane. Exciting!
Harem. I hate harems. I love this one. Finally isekai with harem that I don't want to just close at the first sight of romantic interest! It's consensual, it's developed, it plays role more than just horny protagonist collects girls, it's mature.
OP protag. Fits well, I think. Yes, she is impossibly strong, but it doesnt fells out of place. It fits in lore, she has a lot of things at her disposal except her strength. It's a delight to see her problem solving even when you can say most things are too easy for her, it's not like she's slacking.
Monstreness. Again. Human/inhuman balance is just brilliant. It's not a monster playing human that becomes too humane, it's not a human with powers of a monster that stays human or becomes full evil and murderous. She knows what she is, she knows her monster morals and human values, and she follows on them. Being humane where needed, eating people alive where deserved. Nghhhhhhhhhhhh...

The narration is not good, like author expect us to know the game beforehand. Its like those fanfics where protagonist says what happens in the least way possible Just to remind us about the event and then add a comment at the end of it because author has so much things to nag about. Example:
"x kingdom and y kingdom goes to war because the Prince of the x kingdom escaped to the other nation. (which is kinda stupid if you think about it because female lead would go on and marry x kingdom's Prince but she is actually lesbian)...."
Basicly like how the other guy in the reviews Said, " Read this only if you're into hardcore info dumps, and excess narration that breeze through things with zero-little character interactions between characters."

Overal this story is a good read, although sometimes a little long-winded.
There is decent variety, and while the action is oneside because, well, shoggoth.. It's well written and always entertaining.
This story also didn't fall into the harem pitfall (yet). With that I mean that all the love interests are relevant, and have their own character, past, desires, dreams, etc. None of them are left behind or have become background characters.
The only thing I miss a little is that there doesn't seem to be a downside to being a shoggoth/defiled other than a lack of self control. But that is something that could be introduced later?
I also like the fact how different languages are utilized (with translations) I wish more stories did this.
And I have a serious desire for that magical cold cure to be real atm, that tortured me a little.
All in all Fun to read and to binge read.

Isekai'd Shoggoth is a story where the MC is OP, gets a harem, invents a lot of crap (Cause that's kind of the reason she was Isekai'd), oh yeah, is a eldritch monster. Which is always fun. A combo of crazy, comedy, fluff and sometimes serious moments. There isn't much fighting due to well the MC being OP to no end. The eldritch themes and all that stuff is nicely sprinkled throughout the story.
The story fluctuates between a three and four for me, but it's definitely more of the 4 end of things.

An oddly cute Monty Python like webnovel that just leaves you questioning everything. Always read the comments unless it is a Cytotoxin written spoiler.
More on the Cat Clergy please.

It has both adorable characters and amazing world building. The fluffy elements of the story dont really feel like they take up too much time and always balances out with more story progression. It's a well worth it read. Also Yuri.
