When my curiosity got the better of me in the afterlife, I ended up reincarnating with several things I wasn't supposed to have, like my memories. But I got a second chance at life, and I wasn't going to waste it. Making a nice home in a dungeon, adopting an abandoned girl as my little sister, for someone who died alone, poor, and full of stress, I had everything I wanted and all the stuff I hated were gone.
But while my back was turned, immigrants and refuges?! Land management and negotiations?! Why are you making a country in my backyard?! And everyone wants me to be the leader?! And while I desperately tried to get peace and happiness to my new life, now someone wants my admin powers?!
This will be a short review, since the story is already completed at this point and others have also given great, detailed ones. E.g. Kagaros.
This story is about a guy near his 40s, if I am not wrong, who died chasing/finishing his dream of creating his own game. He then grabs the chance during reincarnation to set his own parameters and gets sent into a world of might and magic as a vampire, but for some (plot) reason he forgot to change is gender and became a femal oppai loli.
She soon finds a dungeon in which she can safely level up and get stronger, gathering lots of skills and materials to craft. It even gets better once she later gets a companion who she will care for and the fluff intensifies. Sadly, that won't last, and the plot takes off in weird directions.
The biggest problem I have with this story is the character of Scarlet, she has a very weird mentality/personality. As someone who has lived long enough to get experience on how the world works, she acts like someone with the intelligence and of a toddler. I'd also expect her to have some semblance of courage, the courage he showed when quitting his job to develop a game by himself, but nothing of that like happened in all the 100 chapters I read.
It got especially glaring in the last few chapters, since the gender bender thing wasn't addressed much, with her not really caring except for her big breasts being a hindrance. But all of a sudden, something happens, and for plot reasons, she accepts that she is female and
even wants to get pregnant, but obviously not though normal means with a guy.
By that time, I had enough with her stupidity and just completely inconsistent behavior. It says a lot when the most intelligent and mature character is actually 6-7 years old...

This story starts out great but takes a steep dive into disappointment around chapter 30. The MC spend years slaying monsters and being a general badass, until she reaches civilisation. From there on, she's intimidated by anyone and anything and generally acts like a doormat with a spine like a wet noodle. MC consistently gets put into situations that reinforces this doormat behaviour and it's quite frankly ridiculous. She's also told at one point that she's the second strongest person in an entire city, where she then checks the level of the strongest, just to realise she's like 50 levels higher than him and she STILL doesn't understand how strong she is. There's being dense, then there's straight up lacking intelligence. But she somehow understands how to make soap and has a background as a programmer.. What a damn letdown.

Amazing story and wonderfully written for all but the last two chapters. I'd say chapters 1-198 were 5 stars and the last 2 chapters were 2 stars.
Despite how terrible and poorly written the last two chapters were, mainly chapter 199, the other 198 were so amazing it more than makes up for them.
Definitely worth a read.

I want to like this story. It starts off well, it has a decent premise (at least to start with), It seems like a bit of fun. But the MC..... She may be one of the most frustrating characters I've come across.
She's a mass of contradictions. She's OP and has slaughtered masses of mobs but seems to be really bad at fighting. She gives herself OP levels of beauty but struggles to handle when people are attracted to her. People keep tricking her into doing things for them, she gets annoyed about it, but keeps falling for the same tricks. She acts flirty and suggestive towards an evil creature then seems shocked he expects to have s*x with her.
On top of this some of her actions are genuinely weird. She gets aroused when a 6 year old child abandoned by her parents suckles at her naked breasts, complains to the child about it, but never actually puts clothes on to go to sleep!
In short, this is a potentially decent story spoiled by one bad element, so give it a try but don't be surprised if you decide it's not to your liking.

The purpose of art is to inspire the feeling of emotions. To make you feel something, anything at all. And by this definition, the first arc of this story is great art. The emotional impact it had on me was immense, and I am truly glad I read it. The rest of the story may struggle to live up to the high bar set by it’s opening act but that does not make it a bad story.

I rather enjoyed the story. The are a few parts that could have been done better, like the ending does suddenly jump ahead quite a bit, but I don't think it detracts from the story. Just because it could be expanded more didn't mean it had to be.
The story was a good read and satisfying, thank you Furball for sharing it with us. :)

An entertaining read but in the end it is sadly an excellent negative example, of how much damage an anticlimatic and rushed ending will do to something that was otherwise well-written.
As examples, all ofc spoilers near the ending, read with caution:

The story started off good. I really liked the first or even the second part of the story. However, after she starts venturing out of her home, so to speak, things just go downhill. First of all, she is used every where is goes. “Kind” people end up getting her help without really doing anything in return. Bad people do too much to her without getting retaliated at.
For instance, there is a Mayor guy who literally assaults her by touch her chest and she doesn’t even say anything, Rather she is stupefied to such an extent that she can’t eleven move. Although, he dies in the end but it wasn’t that satisfying.
Oh boy and the “good” people, they are just a treat. There is this lady which calls MC a saviour. But oh boy she is content watching the MC face punched by her colleague as a test of strength.
And the worst of all the MC doesn’t do anything.
And, the worst of all is her meek attitude. Abnormally meek and submissive. Even other Japanese door mat characters would be Chinese ruthless MCs compared to this MC.

I really enjoyed this story so far, while there are times that go into weird directions (not naming any arcs, but the story is generally really good, with all the time skips and general short time skips it makes for a fun read but can get kinda slow during the world building segments later on, can’t wait to read more in the coming months.
