A vast region of land in the center of a continent in the unnamed world. Surrounded and separated from the main continent by an inland sea, its regions are separated into segments starting from the outer region going towards the inner region; with each section having a unqiue biome.
It is said that this is where magic originated and the main source of prosperity and catastrophe for the civilizations.
Author's Note: More information will be added as the story progresses. I'm also trying to design a map, but it's slow-going and not very detailed since I currently can't pay for premium map making assets.
Also known as the Prismor Woods; it is the forest surrounding the outermost region of the unclaimed lands within Prismordia. It is the first biome and is the entryway to Prismordia from the claimed and settled lands known as the Frontier.
It has an ecosystem that matches most mana-rich forests in the known world. The only difference is that a unique flower known as the White Lily grows only within these woods.
It is also the largest mana-rich forest that is currently known to exist in the world.
The collective name of the still mostly unexplored regions within Prismordia.
It is a forested region that is still technically part of Noctalum, but because explorers could no longer go further due to increasing levels danger to see if more biomes existed beyond the forest, the unexplored region was given the name, Green Cradle.
The region after the Woods of Prismor and the first region that truly tests the skill of explorers.
The region features vast open grassy plains, sporradic large bodies of water, high cliffs with multitudes of hills and mesas, and several tall rock formations; a few even overhanging across the land.
The unique creatures that live within this region give off a sense of being "primordial"; as if they existed in a long forgotten time where only gigantic beasts roamed the land.
Author's Note: The images I've provided come from Xenoblade Chronicles X's Primordia, and serve as my inspiration for this region in my story.
The region after Elgrex and currently the segment connected to the Green Cradle.
A strange and exotic land above the high cliffs that wall off the region of Elgrex. The only way to enter it on foot is through a mountain path to the southwest that passes through several plateaus.
Filled with lush greenery and murky swamps, the most breathtaking feature of this region is the unique bioluminescent flora. It is said to be the most beautiful place in the world when viewed at night, but the creatures are known to be the most dangerous among the explored regions encountered so far.
It is also known that somewhere within this region lies the homeland of the Fae, but it is said that only those who walk the path of magic have a chance to find it.
Author's Note: I couldn't find many satisfactory images except this one. The creature is also one I'll be using in the coming chapters. Just imagine the place looking something similar to Avatar's Pandora jungle.

Updated Review; Love the progression of the story, the entity's intellegence shows a linear growth, I love the fact that it sticks to its own "values" or directives, not going through a bottom line or simply going murderhobo and consuming everything, it actually has a kind and caring side which I appreciate as much as how ruthless he can be with enemies.
Side characters or people he meets are also uniquely interesting, a nice display of interactions of humans/humanoids with the enity regarding how their behavior is not cliche hate and self destruction (not all of them at least) and instead curiousity and mutual benefit thats a more realistic approach to an unknown entity in a magical world full of unknowns that shows no hostility to you rather similar curiousity.
MC/Entity still has lots to learn and experience which im looking forward to seeing him fumble through along with his growth and strenght, interesting plot of other entities interfereing and future conflicts foreshadowed, the plot is thus far interesting and not overly "just throw sh*t at the mc" kinda deal though it does kinda rely on coincidences but its not too bad.
Uploads have gotten slow however, but every chapter has been worth it so far, looking forward to more!

Morphling has been a fun read about an interesting character set in a rather interesting world. There is no info dumps. Relevant information is dripfed naturally. MC doesn't suddenly turn human like in a lot of other monster stories. Other characters are a bit complex in their own way. They don't blindly or obsessively do anything. I would recommend giving this a read to anyone that likes fantasy or monsters.
