I had great fun reading this story and would be very happy if there are more adventures of this likeable (anti) -heroine and her friends. Maybe a team-up with Bastet?

Out of fear of offending people, I've decided to keep my review simple, concise and clear. Please do be noted that this review comes from somebody who is neither associated with the LGBT community, nor in any way acquainted with the author.

As somebody who has read Kammi Kettu on Royal Road since it first released, I can comfortably state that I very much enjoy this novel for what it is. A straightforward story about superheroes and, as some people on the Kammiverse Discord might call it, "discovering oneself and one's true identity". The characters have good chemistry, and while it might feel somewhat forced in certain situations, it gets played off decently and allows for the scenes to seamlessly follow up on eachother. My only complaint would be that certain characters either get killed off too easily, or simply vanish into thin air. But aside from that, the writing, grammar, and character development are very enjoyable.

QuietValerie is an experienced and, in my opinion, very respectable author who writes in a clear and easily understandable fashion, which allows first-times to ease into her stories. And although she does have a tendency to pander and overdo certain aspects, and sometimes steps into potholes she herself has dug, this is insignificant to the joy one can experience by reading it, and isn't very uncommon an occurence in the literary world anyways, even amongst professional writers and authors.

In short: If anybody enjoys reading Gender Bender related novels, with hints of fantasy, sci-fi and mythology, one should definitely start with this one.

Thank you, Valerie, for writing this novel and putting it on the internet. I greatly enjoyed reading your writings.

Kammi Kettu is a wonderful engaging narrative universe filled with character I just want to hug (also tell them things are going to be alright) and I am deeply honored to be able to not only write in this universe but help shape the universe lore and steal Valerie's characters. ≫:3

Her narrative draws you into a world coping with almost apocalyptic change via unhealthy policy and reactions. The characters are understandable some are just trying to survive, others are making use of personal changes to make a name for themselves, some are taking advantage of the situation and others fanatically looking for scapegoats. Vale seems to try and balance her vicious pen with moments of humorous villain antics, kleptomania and disaster queer romance. This is also a story for those who love cute girls with really fluffy tails.

I really feel this narrative universe is going to really take off as the main story progresses and the side stories appear.

My only regret about reading this story is about now having to live with the fact that it is over. But this also gave me the opportunity to dive into the other Kammiverse stories, which are wonderful too!Kammi Kettu was is a great introduction into a wonderful storyverse with wonderful (and wonderfully horrible) characters. It reeled me in during the first chapter and even now, many weeks after I finished reading it, it never let me go.

Kami Kettu is a good read. Fun but serious. I love that it's short with a proper conclusion. MC gets a wishful fulfillment fantasy of being cute and powerful. The story starts suspensefully strong.

Unfortunately the second-half falters. Focusing on emotion & character over plot, MC gets plot-armor, and the big climax takes a backseat to many chapters of romance.

The author is fixated on trans-issues, and this story felt like an awkward critique of the right wing, it was a bit forced and immature. But I appreciate Author-san, keep up the good work.

Kammi Kettu is very fun/easy/interesting read. It has a great story and writing is easily understandable and enjoyable. Characters have interesting back stories and gimmicks. (Not just the main ones, the side characters are also well written/share these factors)

The only negative feedback is coping with completing this novel and realizing that the main story dosen't continue.

(There are other entries that share the same verse though!)

Oh man I love the way your stories start the way they realize "Oh... This is what I'm missing" and "Oh my god how has nobody realized, there were so many signs!" is just perfect! The romance and *** is nicely done too! The tragic heartbreak is something that pushes through *MY* own wasteland of emotion! Also, MY HEART IT HUR

I really really really liked this. Honestly, I started reading all the rest of just because of this. If you like cute fox girls being cute fox girls its a good read. I love the mash of modern and fantasy and it really works out in a good way.
