It's weird. This is everything I could have wanted from a HP FF but the lacking grammar and pacing make it seem boring.
I mean like come on! He's supposed to be a badass criminal overlord but instead we're in a classroom, chasing around Lockhart and teaching young kids.
This is basically the equivalent of the Avengers but instead of saving the world from mad alien overlords and AI invasions, Thor and Iron man run around helping grandmas across the streets and stopping store robberies. Just like, why?
So yeah. Probably my fault but I came into this expecting something like "The Academy's undercover professor" with the MC being a criminal overlord and having to skillfully maneuver through the Wizarding word to avoid trouble, but it's nothing like that. It's just a guy watching children or speaking to them.
Decent plot with natural characters and organic reactions. MC is a bit on Overpowered side, but acts carefully. Worth reading. If you have read 'Certain Ancient Rune Professor', this story resembles it.
A good story, interesting and competent MC if a bit lonesome. Character interactions are alright, though plot feels a bit slow due his lack of progress on a certain issue despite how frequently its brought up..
Transitions could use some work. A bit disorienting shifting PoV, time, or both without a break.
Sometimes Dialogue could use some work. Its said its inspired by a CN. You could definitely feel it in some of the conversations and internal dialogue which make it feel rather rigid and out of place for the characters, but most of the time its alright.
