Synopsis

In the wake of a fateful duel that triggers a recollection of his past life in another world, the heir of a duke finds his engagement broken and banished to a treacherous frontier. Demoted from a Duke's heir to a viscount in the frontier, he faces the dual threats of monster-ridden territories and looming neighboring nations. However, fate takes an unexpected turn, and as he strives to avert the impending tragedy prophesied in the original story, the challenges seem oddly too easy. Little does he know, a mysterious blonde woman near the capital revels in the unfolding chaos. Grinning with red eyes, she declares, "Everything is going as planned," after reading a report on the tumultuous events transpiring in the frontier where the banished heir struggles to reshape his destiny. Unravel the intricacies of this gripping isekai as the heir navigates politics, monsters, and a puppet master with crimson eyes pulling the strings from the shadows.

Frontier’s Redemption: The Unexpected Rise of a Villain is a mix of kingdom-building, Politics, War, and Family.

So far, the reading has been enjoyable, with no grammatical errors and an interesting proposal. However, the heavy use of descriptions diminishes some of my interest. Sixty percent of the chapter consists of descriptions of the setting and various things happening in the background.

I think increasing the use of character dialogue would improve this aspect. Aside from that, it's good work, and I have high hopes for this story.

The ideas and premise is there no doubt about it. The structure feels unorganized and I often find myself confused as to what is going on and who is saying what. It feels as though I am reading a journal entry rather than a novel. My advice is to slow down and build. You should put more time into establishing the setting before you start pushing the pace. I did enjoy reading and am looking forward to what you build.
