When the Comet burned through the heavens and landed on Theia, everything changed.
A virus spread through the world at a sickening pace, desperate to infect every living being and turn them into something... superior.
The infected individuals became rabid monsters hell-bent on consuming not only the healthy ones, but would even turn on themselves. The more they consumed, the stronger they became.
Then there was humanity. When the world went to shit the darkness in their hearts was finally unleashed and allowed to flourish, showing their true nature. They committed all kinds of atrocities against their fellow man, even during these troubled times.
But then again, you can't really blame them can you? They are just... inferior beings after all.
That's why it's my duty to show them a better path. To make them all infected. Because once they see the glory of it, they will thank me. Treat me like a Messiah. Or even a God.
Instead of calling me names like 'The Monster' or 'The Devil'.

This Review has some spoilers!
This story has a lot of similarities to a game called Prototype (I am not certain if it was used as an inspiration) from *some* of the infected variants and the MC gaining mutations from consumption of the infected and the MC being someone who apparently will become someone who wants to be a 'savior', although that leans more towards prototype 2
That is where the majority of the similarity ends, the story here is more comedic than the blurb would suggest and the jokes are a mixed bag for me; some of them land ok, some are meh and some feel little distasteful. That could be personal choice though, I would prefer a more gritty and grounded story but I can ignore the comedic undertones so it doesn't bother me too much
The main love interest is underage (16 to be exact) and the MC is 22, that choice feels weird I see no point to it other than perhaps for shock value and it basically adds nothing to the story, she could have been of legal age and the story would not have changed at all
There is a strong foundation here and I'll keep reading since I like the world building. I do suggest people give it a shot and make their own decisions as the many aspects will come down to personal tastes
I also suggest the author adds the comedy tag on the front page
