The coachman responsible for bringing Shun and Rya to the southern border safely under Lord Iocus' order. Although retired, he still feels a strong sense of duty to the Kingdom because of a debt he owes to the King. 

The creator of the world Shun reincarnated in. After being mocked by her fellow higher beings, she abandoned the world out of spite and decides to solely focus on playing Gensh*n Impact which she quickly became addicted to. 

An Angel who is currently a junior under Goddess Irelena. Her calm and gorgeous appearance instantly makes her presence known to everyone. 

A fisherman who lives in the North District of Shangri-La and goes upstream of the Qing River during the day to fish near his boathouse. He leads a simple life characteristic of fishermen from Shangri-La.

Notably, Li Ya is a traditionally feminine name, thus making his name peculiar. In Shangrinese, Li Ya is written as   

The Tayu Oiran of Shangri-La, she is the highest-ranking courtesan in Hshiwara and holds superior power and influence over the city. She detests the corruption and injustices that pervades the city, yet actively takes part in it as one of the city's elites. 

Though she calls herself Shihime (using the rarer traditional pronunciation), locals usually refer to her by her common name Shi niang-niang instead (niang-niang is a honorific used to reflect her high social status).

In Shangrinese, her name is written as 

A servant girl under Shihime. Zhu'er isn't her real name, but rather the name given to her by her master which she adopted. (In Shangri-La, it is common for masters to give their favorite servants "pet names")

A Kamuro, due to her relatively low status, usually doesn't have a name and is referred to as a "protégée". However, Shihime broke this social norm by giving her the name Hasumi (the rarer traditional pronunciation, only used by Shihime herself). Her common name is Lian Xin. 

Lian Xin habitually uses a variant of kuruwa kotoba in her speech, an accent used by Shangri-La courtesans to distinguish their profession. She also tends to avoid using pronouns such as 'I' and 'you', often referring to herself and others in third person. 

Interestingly, Lian Xin likes to write her name vertically instead of horizontally. In Shangrinese, Lian Xin is written as 

The owner of Dragon Gate Inn, she is otherwise known as "Sister" among the courtesans of Shangri-La due to her senior status. She was the most famous coutersans during her time, even being offered the position of Tayu Oiran at one point in time. However, she unexpectedly declined and decided to open her own teahouse in Hshiwara instead, predominantly hiring courtesans who were rejected by other teahouses to give them a second chance. 

Just like Shihime, her name follows the rarer traditional pronunciation, but she does not have a common name. In Shangrinese, her name is written as

Shangri-La is a populous city adapted from the beta map of the same name. It is famously known as the City of Sin and Salvation due to the rampant corruption and crime that plagues it. However, its location along the Qing River makes it a very convenient trading and commerce hub, hence attracting millions of people all over the continent to live within its borders. Shangri-La is under the control of the Pacifists on paper, but in reality the handful of elites are the ones with true power and influence over the city.
