This is pretty boring.

One of the main issues with OP characters is that they need a strong enough challenge or otherwise it's not really an action story, it's a slice of life. The author fell into that pit. The MC has a lot of advantages at the start that make everything and anything trivially easy to do. I don't even know what two of his abilities are but the portrayal so far seems to be that he's physically invincible, he has the akashic records in a phone, a shop that he can buy more OP abilities from, and none of the monsters around pose a threat. This might as well be a dungeon core story where the MC stockpiles a bunch of OP sounding skills and then barely uses any of them because the enemies are too weak. 

Plus, there's a lack of detail in this story (which definitely contributes to the boringness). I don't know who Doomsday is or why you would pick his power over anyone else's. The story isn't interesting enough for me to spend time and look it up either. Especially if the MC's just going to use his OP phone and buy a bunch of skills from the shop. I'd rather have the MC going through his thoughts, fantasizing about what he could do with those skills, rather than the author alluding to them once and leaving the reader confused. 

Other stuff:

• Chapters are like 1k words or so, pretty short, fairly fast paced. 
• There doesn't seem to be much thought or discussion, just agreements without thinking anything over too much. 
• Gods have enough power to give people superpowers but not enough to force them to reincarnate (title is kind of misleading). Plus gods seem to be kind of stupid and lacking in authority.
• Author uses MC's name so much that the MC might as well talk in 3rd person to himself.
• Formatting is slightly annoying to read. Author uses brackets for skills and single quotes for thoughts.
• Dialogue is... sh*t. MC spills the beans about stuff way too much and no one questions what's wrong with him, nor does he question why they're so calm about it. 
• MC is a necrophiliac and likes it when dead women eat out of his hand
• The setting is really not described at all. The author doesn't say like "He was in an abandoned town of some sort. Cracked buildings and roads stretched across the horizon". No, he says something like "Tatsuya woke up. He made a plan. He stepped out of the apartment." Like it's suddenly told to the reader that he's in a f**king apartment, and it's not described at all beforehand. Look, over there, a clothing shop, how convenient! Look, over there, a gun store, how convenient! sh*t like that. 

May add more to this review depending on how bored I am that I would actually continue to read this.
