I will not be classifying any concepts related to gender or sex in spirit. While parts of the subconscious will be gendered/oriented, these will fall under different categories. This will make sense later.

The basic format is a standard Isekai protagonist, with his cheat being understanding, traveling the world and influencing the world around him.
The wrinkles are that he is much too boring to start, and most interesting things are happening around him. This is strictly a first person novel with changes in prospective either indicating details missed by the protagonist in his entire stay, events important enough to gloss over, foreshadowing, or events taking place from far away.
To make this format work, every early arc should be self contained and leave simple plot threads at most. The focus should be on character development.
Later arcs are about the protagonist becoming a scholar, learning both how to further his advantages and teach others. In these arcs he shall become a better planner, constructing the circumstances for the growth of himself and his students.
