Excellent story, especially considering that it's her first.

The characters are interesting, the concept behind the main characters is really interesting, and the actual dialogue and scenes are very good. 

This story sat in my to-read for longer than it should have, partly because of the quote at the beginning of the description - I thought it was going be more serious, but it's relatively lighthearted (so far) and just excellent.

If I had to come up with a complaint, it's that the plot pacing feels a tiny bit slow, but it's super minor. Things are still happening in the plot, and I like the characters enough that I was never actually disappointed by the pacing.
