Make the best of what you have, they said... But what I am supposed to do when the best I have are red-eyed freaks, a child who's supposed to be the jailor of the most dangerous being in the world, a snake bastard with serious boundary issues, and a whole world of super soldiers with licences to murder.
And you know the best part? None of them like me so much...
Oh shut it, old man! Take that Will of Fire and shove it up your—
Yeah, this second swing at life isn't panning out...

What to expect:
- Gradual strength progression. Meaningful growth. The MC is a normal guy dumped into the Narutoverse, starts out weak and has to work and struggle for everything he gains.
- "Slow" paced. My writing style is a zoomed-in look camera that follows the protagonist. It might seem slow, but I ensure something is always happening to progress the plot forward.
- Gritty and often bloody fights and actions scenes with a focus on taijutsu—you'll see individual combat, team fights, and large-scale battle.
- A different take on the Narutoverse. The world is full of superhuman mercenaries with liscenes-to-kill—that along with the protagonist's struggles paint the world in a much darker light.
- Additions and expansion to the "chakra" power system. I consider myself a conservative when it comes to adapting the power system—and aim to retain the original feel while highlighting the best parts.
- The Outsider's Resolve version of Narutoverse uses the [Naruto Manga] as the base—with additions from anime, books, and even Boruto (though very less likely).

DISCLAIMER:
I don't own any character other than my OCs.
The cover pic is also not mine.
I figured out the way he have scars! He have both water and earth affinitys and orphean large chakra reserves and was alive around the time orochimaro leaved the village! Also one of the spectators in the rematch with bishop said the his scar look surgical as in surgery or an experiment of some kind which lead me to my final conclusion that takuma is infact an one of orochimaro's experiments!!!! Also great story I really like and waiting til the next chapter with eagerness!

The original story of Naruto is a story of a gary sue that manages to remove all his problems using unregulated emotions and tantrums.
I watched the original about 6 years ago when I was around 18 and I remember thinking that Naruto never really grew up and it was painful to finish it even while fast forwarding and skipping episodes.
Naruto is a cool premise and hook with bad execution and this novel aims to fix a lot of the things from the show by giving more insight into the way characters think and act, I think its very decent and entertaining.
The one misconception I've seen in some reviews and comments is that the protagonist of this novel is normal and untalented, he isn't. The protagonist of this novel has to put in a lot of work but he undoubtedly has a lot of talent and luck. This is not bad, in order for the protagonist to follow the main storyline of Naruto he will have to become nonsensically overpowered in a quick timeframe because Naruto (the character) becomes nonsensically overpowered in a short timeframe.
Very decent novel overall.

Phenomenal story thus far with a more realistic take on early isekai life. Satisfying victories and triumphs, it’s a really good read.

It’s really good, but at the same time extremely slow. It’s really gritty and not something that everyone will like.

One review described this work as deliberate. I agree somewhat. This fic is deliberate to the point of tediousness.
I get it, this fic is trying to write from the POV of what is essentially canon fodder ninjas, ninjas who, at chapter 300, can still barely even use rank b ninjutsu. To illustrate the nitty grittiness that naruto outright glossed over.
Nothing wrong with that, but just be warned, reading this fic just isn't for everyone.

Wow... So far, this novel has been a phenomenal read. The characters have a ton of depth and variety in personality. The fights are... Just jaw-dropping... Like the author is crazy good at describing fights and scenes. The dialogue is excellent, too. It also has magnificent world-building and character development. The main character, Takuma, is a nobody. Even though he's reincarnated into the world of Naruto, he doesn't remember every detail from the manga. Which meant he couldn't capitalize on his previous knowledge of the world. His only advantage is that he's a damn hard worker, which makes his growth and development incredibly endearing. At first, he's extremely weak. But later on, he becomes the cream of the crop of his batch. However, this novel is not with out negatives...
Towards the beginning, the MC, during training, tried to sense his Chakra but couldn't. This causes him to have a psychological breakdown where he passes out for a week... ain't that like... Overkill? I mean, I'd get it if he passed out, sure. But he was comatose for a week!
There was one scene where the enemy had a gold mine. The MC's leaders were having trouble figuring out what to do without. Since it would take too much manpower to capture the mine, they decided just to leave it there. That mine, however, was bankrolling the enemy. For some reason, Takuma's leaders never thought of destroying the mine so the enemy couldn't use it to bankroll their war. Takuma had to be the one to bring it up like it was genius. When it wasn't...

Incredible Story. This story brings the reality of what an "extra" in Naruto would be like. How do you imagine someone who has suffered an isekai in the world of Naruto without any golden fingers or the like? Read and see.
At first he's quite weak, but it's understandable, he has 10 months to keep up with what others have done in 5 years, so it can be quite frustrating, but bear with it, it gets better later.
I like that the author develops this story very well and shows the reality of Konoha that the anime didn't show, bringing a more mature view on everything.
The only negative point, if I can say it is negative,
is that there was almost no interaction between the MC and the story of the original plot. Yes, I understand that although it's already in vol.6, Naruto and the others are still students at the academy and this is a bit distressing for me, as a big fan of Naruto, I'm looking forward to when he can get involved in the plot of the anime/ mango.

I love this novel
The novel is descriptive enough and also looks at naruto from a different perspective as to the original. It shows how ordinary people of the naruto verse could possibly live.
The main character isn't over powered and have to learn everything from scratch. The story also shows his skill in mastering his craft. The story doesn't do a time skip or just randomly allow the MC to completely master the skill he's learning, instead we get an over time progression of the main character's familiarity with the skill he's learning.
