I simply can not like this novel. The ambience is a mixture of magic and Sci-fi, with the Sci-fi being so strong that it should just be magic. The elves are said to be evil multiple times and jet the game they set up is best played as a team? With everybody getting enough money at the end to live out multiple lifetimes doing nothing? So why is everybody killing each other for a bit more money?!? Why is the game made so that you become op as long as you cooperate (more people more power) ?!?! Why do the elves keep there word with the world leaders if they are sadistic bastards?!?! Why are murderers behaving like they aren't human and just mindlessly killing each other (I get it they are killers but so what? Why does being a killer = no brain) ? Why is the punishment for failing the game minor/nonexistent for humanity?!?!? And most of all the MC should have dies so many times without plot armor, its sad at this point.

All in all, the story is not immersive and the tasks feel unimportant.
