So the concept is there but this is kind all over the place. The writer doesn't seem to use page breaks or any indicator that the story part has ended or paused and the writers note part has begun. Deciphering what is the weirdo MC going crazy and the weird as f**k writer making a side note is close to impossible. The entirety of it is just weird and all over the place. I have no other way to put it as every chapter has some random meta bit going on and then it has the MC being random as f**k. You can tell the grammar is not bad but it is written like someone is just writing everything in one sitting. Making a side note? Just write it! The MC is having an internal dialogue? Just write it! We are talking about the ROB and the multidimensional FBI? Just write it! 

In all honesty this isn't bad but the writer needs to put sh*t in order for it to be legible.
