This story has one of the most screwed-up timelines I've ever read. The MC was born in the year 43 of the Konoha calendar and is 10 years old at the start of the story, so it is year 53. But Orochimaru, who only became a missing nin in the year 66, has already been one for quite a few years. And there is mention of one of Hishiroshima's cell experiments being taken away by Hiruzen, which is most likely Yamato, but he wasn't born or made until year 54. And there is the fact that Itachi is mentioned and already considered to be a genius when he wasn't even born until the year 59.
