With such a lifestyle he didn't have all that many friends aside from gaming groups or those from the occasional conventions he would go to. However recently, Dream Engine a brand-new Full Dive Virtual gaming system was debut! Hundreds of thousands of people applied for the beta testing application, yet Erik was one of the lucky ones and managed to get in! The Dream Engine was a full all in one system, it had the game, the link, and the entire adventure all in one package! Set it up on your bed, couch, floor, or Whatever. Lay down and play the game! Dozens of different stories were available, From the 90's to the 2000s, from fiction to reality, anything is possible! This novel is over a year old, I still have a lot to write. But I've been informed by my readers that I should update the synopsis. This is a FIRST draft, it is RAW, and it is UNEDITED. For the first 50 or so chapters, I as the Author wasn't entirely sure what direction I wanted to take the novel. So it is really convoluted at the start. Why haven't I changed it? FIRST draft.
Polyamory: the practice of engaging in multiple romantic (and typically sexual) relationships, with the consent of all the people involved.
You will see a lot of this in this novel. The MC and a majority of their lovers are not human. They do not have the same taboos and hang-ups.
This is my FIRST attempt at a story. There will be mistakes. The first 50 or so chapters are very messed up. Just work your way through them, it gets better.

i pushed to 59 but couldnt read anymore, it was pretty good at the start and till around the point where he get the 4th wall break skill, and just starts spouting information from his assnot to mention the whole polyamourous thing I just couldnt get into that every single female he meets even those that are dating other ppl are into polyamory.. lets just put that aside, there also the beastiality where the lizard half does..... spolier, which u can like the scenes just skip pastthe thing that actually made me stop was the 4th wall breaking and how lax the story was with the MC just will nilly doing thing, like telling them all facts that have yet to happen, the foresight skill was ok and tbh pretty well balanced, in that it only happened randomly after the new skill that let him break the 4th wall the idiot starts saying shiz when ever he wants although technically he can only say once a day... hes literally playing a game, not to mention his broke as transmutation skill where he just makes Nth metal infront of hawkman, whos planet and race is know to kill off whole civilizations to preserve their monopoly over the metal, like he keeps giving off secrets left and right like its not his business, which I suppose is try since he is playing a game, in a world made just for him, to jerk off in. but if you ignore those slight flaws the writing is pretty good, atleast the front bit of this novel was simply captivating, until it... wasnt

When I first saw this fanfic, I didnt even bother to read through it. A year later and I'm finally bored enough to try this one and am instantly hooked. Really appreciated that there wasn't an unnecessary amount of s*x involved and that it was jam packed with action. The way that the VI avatars were used was also amazing.

I want to start by saying I love this story. The author does a great job of utilizing classic DC characters while also making them fit in with the game settings AND expanding on the original storylines. I see people complaining a lot in these reviews and I wanted to add my perspective on the complicated romance aspect that I think ruins this story for some.
The romance aspect of the story is MESSY. The MC has relationships with many women but also allows them to see other men if they so desire. Pretty much textbook polygamy. Note polygamy NOT polygyny (1 male, multiple females) or polyandry (1 female and multiple males). From what I've seen, many of the bad reviews are complaining about the open relationships of the MC and not thinking about WHY he's fine with open relationships.
In my opinion for the MC, the in-game romance is just that, a game. He does form emotional connections with these characters, but ultimately why does he care who else the in-game lovers sleep with as long as he can still enjoy his content? He DOES feel love for them, which is why he's reluctant to die or restart his progress, but he also believes that they aren't real, and until proven otherwise, they're not. Overall When you read, understand that the characters in-game are video game characters at this point, and don't complain when they are treated as such.

Just read everything in less then 5 days. I'm stunned how good your story is, you picked all the DC characters and made them something else with your own touch. However they've all got the unique characteristics from the originals, making a perfect balance!
On the other hand, the characters from you, author, are quite intriguing and not at all are overshadowed by the comics'.

Amazing story! The setting is in the DC World but it's told in such a refreshing way that sometimes I forget this is a DC novel.
So the MC is Erik starting to play a virtual dive game into the DC world. The brilliant idea here is he meets two virtual personalities (Lash and Saurian) and an AI guide (Dawn) who he often interacts with, giving us the illusion of a talk show instead of a boring one man's monologue
