Lily's Monsters
So far, Lily has spawned the following monster bodies.
Sheydlings
These dog-sized beasts have birdlike heads and legs on feline bodies. Their four-part beaks split to reveal powerful tongues, and their prehensile tails end in a sheathed cock.
Dire Sheydling: This sheydling has grown to the size of a lion, and has more prominent rows of nipples on its belly.
Tentacle Plants
These monsters have seeds rather than eggs. Once planted in the dungeon, they sprout into a thick tangle of strong prehensile vines. The vines end in phallic bulbs dripping with aphrodisiac nectar, which can also open into robust yonic flowers. Great for either topping or enveloping a partner's cock!
Spiderbulls
These large monsters resemble the Ushi-Oni: they have the head of a bull and body of a massive spider. Spiderbulls, however, have a semi-upright posture with heavy breasts hanging down below their arachnid "shoulders," and a massive bull-cock can extend from a sheath under their abdomens.

I was intrigued by the discription, ready to be disappointed, but none of that!
The whole setup is bonkers, but it reads really well. Everything is wired, but not overly so, or for shock value. I think it fits all well together.
The protagonist couple are sweet together and seem to cope well with their situation. Maybe it helps that they are as perverted as this world seems to be.
The grammar is good, to. And the pre chapter content warnings are hilarious! Still accurate though.

This is a smut story where all the scenes take place between women who care for each other. While there is the beginning of some plot, it doesn't really go anywhere as of the hiatus. If you're looking for anything besides smut, you're in the wrong story.
Prose is not distracting, characters are fine, smut is both romantic and kinky. There is a decent amount of level-ups, new perks, and other LitRPG stuff, but it was done well enough.
No update for what, three years? So it's probably dead. However, that means it's a quick read. Ch. 11 is not a natural end point, but the plot is light enough I didn't feel like I was left on a cliffhanger or anything.
