Good friend and coworker of Konoshira Mai. Dag, or Day as he asks Konoshira to call him, has a fluffy puppy-dog type of personality. He was the coworker assigned to her as a partner when she started the simulations. Day often acts as a member of the supporting cast able to help Konoshira on a notice.
Our protagonist who occasionally misses her old work environment over these tiring ‘adventures’.
Konoshira Mai’s {Nanny System} who accompanies her through each simulation and is responsible for issuing tasks and otherwise aiding in Konoshira’s work.
Konoshira Mai’s big boss. The {World System} itself will be mentioned in the story much more often than it will ever be actually seen. This system is very busy and does not have time for little things like the day to day of little Konoshira Mai~
Nanny 13 often refers to Konoshira Mai’s office and home as the system space. This is the location they rest at between simulations. 13 and other systems are able to replicate items found within the simulations in the system space making the line between reality and simulation tenuous at times.
In Cooperation Mode during a simulation, the {Operator} is one of two partners responsible for aid and support during tasks. They retain full memories throughout. Dag Jensen is one such {Operator}.
In Cooperation Mode during a simulation, the {Subject} is one of two partners responsible for carrying out the tasks and giving feedback. They regularly must have their memories suppressed during the task itself. The {World System} does this to prevent deviation of the {Plotline} during simulations, as well as to get a better result from the test. This is aimed to avoid many conflicts associated with a scientist being their own subject. Konoshira Mai is one such {Subject}.
This could refer to the {World System} itself or the {Nanny Systems} created by it to watch over {Operators} and {Subjects}.
