What would happen if dungeon couldn't manipulate the earth around it? Or what would happen to it without an all-mighty system to help it grow properly?

If you are reading this on any other site than Royal Road and Scribblehub you are getting scammed. I only post here on Royal Road.
If by any chance I decide to to post on any other site I will write it in a synopsis here.
MC choose not to accept the stupid system which was kind a new and I liked it.
but then they gave him the system back with force or MC just being dumb.
which I quote:
Welcome to the World of "The Eternal Storm"!
Due to your questionable decision and poor life choices you were reintegrated into the system. Fear not. The system won't give you stats, abilities or skills for free, no, because of your "outstanding move" even if the system wanted it wouldn't be able to. You will be able to see your character panel by simply saying/thinking actively "System". Occasionally you will be given Quests that won't hold any reward other than allowing you to advance easier, they aren't mandatory but they are time limited. Once more Welcome to the World of "TES"
other chapter: ''Thanks to your ingenuity you managed to convince the system to use a pitiful amount of processing power to tell the time. Normally this would have gotten you an achievement, but due to your poor synchronization with the system it's not possible. The clock will be displayed in the top right corner.''
so now not only he lost the chance to use the system to power up, he can be monitored/tracked which was the whole reason he rejected it.
and the system saying this makes me more angry:
''Due to your questionable decision and poor life choices'', ''because of your "outstanding move"...'', ''you managed to convince the system to use a pitiful amount of processing power'', ''Normally this would have gotten you an achievement, but due to your poor synchronization with the system it's not possible''.

A promising start, very interested in seeing where this goes.
