After a week of waiting, stitch pieces back together. Whatever you will do with those shred paper, there is always at least that one piece that won't completely fit. Still, you put them back as best as you can anyways.

What you see before you now is an amalgamated object, once made of one piece of paper. However as you can see, it is not the same as the piece of paper you started with.

The "thing" before you has no other description other than ugly. Burnt. Wrinkled. Dirty. Some even missing. Whatever content you had copied, be it trivial or special, is now worth even less than before.

If you have copied a special content into the thing that was once paper, then you might see value in one of the pieces that is not damaged. You might even want to salvage it from the amalgamation. However, to do so, you must rip the stitches apart.

You contemplate for a moment whether that one piece it is worth your time or not, and when you decided that it is, you destroy what was once an abomination to preserve a fragment of a copy of your treasure.

I stare at it with curiosity focusing my attention on the various photos of Twilight City's famous landmarks. "I've wondered. Why is it called Twilight City?"

"It's simple really. Twilight City is the City of Magic, Science, and Mysteries. The most brilliant minds in the world have gathered here to solve the greatest case in history!"

"What would that be?" I asked.

Leaning over to my ear he whispers, "There's an urban legend here in Twilight. It's about a vigilante, a sort of Robin Hood, who kills the rich, takes their wealth, distributes it to the poor, and exposes their crimes. They call him the Phantom of the Moon or Phantom for short. Everyone knows he exists but no one knows his true motives."

In the continent/country of Erda where magic and science combine, Twilight City, the capital of Erda is the hub for all innovations. Kristina (Kristie or Kris) Steinbeck, a girl from the province of Arista, is accepted into the prestigious Twilight University of Magic (TUM) as an Array Research Student. As she settles down in the City, she encounters the city’s vigilante, Phantom of the Moon or Phantom as he chased by the authorities.
