Hours, Minutes, Seconds
There's no set word for hours, minutes, and seconds (well, not in villages and the countryside). These forms of time are correlated with specific semi-fixed occurrences in a lower-class's life.
One candle's worth of burning => "A candle's worth" = 2 hours.
One incense's worth of burning => "An incense's worth" = 2 minutes.
One fire wisp => "A fire wisp of time" = 2 seconds.
