Brody and his best friend Tony have been having a bit of a tough time lately. Neither can really put a finger on why though. Perhaps they just need to shake things up a bit. Luckily Tony, master prankster that he is, has come up with the best idea for an April Fools' gag to play on their roommates ever: he and Brody are going to turn themselves into girls. Like, as a prank, y’know? It’s funny. That’s all this is, please don’t read anything more into it. Just two regular bros being girls (as a prank).

This is one of the several stories that once I discovered the “genre” of neutron star eggs... I proceeded to consume all that I could find.

This is a fun story to watch as the main character does everything they can to avoid the truth and the twist just continues to pile up into an amazing tower of comedy till... Boom the moment comes and they go... Oh.

I feel like I must've read this before, so much of it is familiar... was there a collected version somewhere? But it doesn't look like I favorited any of the chapters before, so that's just not possible.

Anyways, super enjoyable story! A lot of the 'dense egg' elements feel familiar when looking at my past self, though I never had such bro-ey relationships, so that -- well, that paired with egss -- is where a lot of the novelty to the story's setting comes from for me.
