So fairly standard cultivation type story, but the MC is both unfortunate and a bit of a sad sack to start. Its actually kinda depressing reading this story actually. It is a typical reborn into cruel cultivation world with uncaring, absentee parents and profoundly dysfunctional and selfish extended family (and society as a whole to boot), except the MC does not succeed despite this. He actually is crushed utterly underneath it. While not totally unreasonable given the setting, it definitely is disheartening.

Hopefully there is some payoff down the line, but its hard to keep going as this story so far is all stick and no carrot. It is like why continue reading this story about an unfortunate kid get abused constantly. There are no contrasting "good" moments to speak of so far. Additionally spelling and grammar is poor, but readable.
