As the synopsis I created was a bit long, I made it into a prologue chapter and changed what I was going to say here.

The story follows a 1st person perspective of a Sci-Fi/Fantasy world with the main theme being 'mystery, antiquity and serenity.'
As the story goes on, I hope you'll understand why I put serenity in as a key part of it. If not, well, you're missing out.

As for the main Gender-bender parts: I am a mainly genderbender author, so if you don't like that, leave. As for the gore warning, well, it's there and I hope I don't have to use it later.
