Story:

After years of failure, one of the hackers succeeded in creating an Artificial Intelligence (AI for short) for the sole goal of ruining the YGGDRASIL game just for fun and testing himself.

The AI, made from years of research and trial and errors, and the hacker finding a way to allow it to absorb data in a way that the size of data contained into the AI will not cause problems, is now loose in the game world.

The AI will wreck havoc in the system of YGGDRASIL until the end, just as it's creator programmed it to be, but the end of YGGDRASIL did not kill the AI, but instead it transported it to the New World.

Now, an entity that desires nothing but to turn everything into data to be absorbed is unleashed on the new world, with an unsatiable hunger for consuming everything in it's path.

The intimate interactions between them spell out disaster for him as a gay boy but Vanessa's love and attention sends curious eyes his way and many more.

Now as a gay dating a female, he did not know where this would lead and caused trouble for himself leading to Vanessa showing him her true side which was the body of an intersexual.

Mikyle now knew that they were meant to be but that did not stop the rest of the student body to look at their love with disgust -- now it was just them beating the odds and showing the rest that love comes in all forms no matter if you are gay, lesbian, straight or an intersexual.

Jokes? So many you'll start to wonder where the actual story is!
Things so obscure to the average person that you might need to grab an encyclopedia? What kind of story would this be without those!
Romance? No, we've got everything else though, including the kitchen sink.
Poop throwing? You bet we do!
A protagonist that uses their mind? Absolutely not! I mean, they aren't even a living being, technically, and they certainly aren't biological in origin.

While this story is tagged as a gender bender, the protagonist is non-binary/gender fluid. What this means is that the pronoun usage is irrelevant in terms of telling the actual story. The pronoun choices made are simply a reflection of the isolated main character's perception of self based on its own understanding of the world, just as the individual inside Plato's cave, would have no understanding of being male or female.
This short story was also inspired by the Chinese novel "Journey to the West" (also known by the titles "Monkey" and "The Monkey King") credited as being written by Wu Cheng'en. <<less

Christmas depression is a frequent occurrence, and many people suffer from it. The protagonist of this story does too, but they choose a different and somewhat unconventional way to handle the season. When Duke Agarus, a member of the Ars Goetia and demon royalty in Hell, finds himself overwhelmed with the increasing traffic between Hell and Earth, he needs assistance. The only option is an Earth-born who carries the seed of Hell in them, and among the one thousand possible options, only one fulfills the requirements set by Agarus himself, King Bael, Lucifer, and St Peter. And amidst an episode of snowy depression, who could decline such an offer? This is not the conclusive story of the newest member of the Ars Goetia but rather a glimpse into their life between Hell and Earth.

Please keep in mind that this is more of a collection of interconnected short stories, not a traditional novel. The stories are all set in the shared universe of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, but some of the demonic lore is different to fit the plot.

Very queer/poly, very fluffy, very not cisgender story about falling in love and talking about feelings. Heavily influenced by the work of Octavia E. Butler. Her Xenogenisis series mostly, where aliens came to earth to make human hybrid babies because they wanted cancer, only without all the weird consent issues she loves.

This will be mostly me working my way through interesting ideas without much of anything in the way of story arcs or core conflicts other than what feels interesting within the fiction at the time. When doing tabletop RPG stuff I'm a very 'fly by the seat of your pants' GM so this is that blasted into writing.

*"Genderless Protagonist" should be nonbinary, but that's not an option😜

This is my first real attempt at creative writing so it’s rough but it feels nice to put out there. Please feel free to toss constructive criticism my way as you think of things.
