Tier 4:   There is no minimum Threshold for this Tier.   This Tier is reserved for students with less than 7000 Humanity.   The bottom feeders of the academy.

Tier 3:   The minimum Threshold for Tier 3 is 7000 Humanity Points in order to raise their station Tier 4 students must present their Humanity Total to Student Council Secretary who will for a special Graduation Duel to take place.   Tier 3 is for the average students,  not the best but not the worst, the mediocre and the average dwell here.

Tier 2:   The minimum Threshold for Tier 2 is 50,000 Points.   Tier 2 is for the upper echelon for those in the top 5% of the school students that reach this thresh hold are well above the average students in either physical capacity or intellect. 

Tier 1:  The minimum Threshold for Tier 1 is 100,000 Points.   Tier 1 is the elite of the academy made up of prodigies that will create the backbone of the future Japan.  They are the top 1% of the academy the pinnacle.    They are the smallest of the Tiers by far with only ten students. 

Student Council Tier:  This special tier is reserved only for the student council who's individual Humanity totals are unknown.   Once a student has reached Tier 1 they may challenge a Student Council member for their seat.   All of the current SC members are formal Tier 1 students.
