Characters
Seraphim/Rezan

The Seraphim is a 30,000 year old being who has travelled and explored countless worlds, his appearance is usually that of a male  with white hair and similarly white skin with missmatched red and blue eyes. He wears a black trench coat with matching black tie though with white shirts underneath.

In terms of strength and capabilities the Seraphim knows no equal with the exception of his older brothers and father who surpass him in age and skill. The Seraphim's weapons are vast and varied but he does have favourites such as his twin swords the "wings of the Seraphim" through he usually only uses one of the pair so his other hand is free to either wield a range weapon or to cast spells and abilities. One such ability is the Imperial Decree, an ability that allows him to alter the fabric of reality itself to bend to his will. A good comparison would be is as if he accessed the developer console for a game. The Seraphim's Imperial Decree is actually the weakest version of the Decree with his brothers and father holding the ability to overwrite his with their decrees.

Personality wise he is calm and confident to the point that nothing can really faze him, he does wear his heart on his sleeve so if he is surprised it will be very obvious. While being a master mind with countless lifetimes of experience he rarely ever uses complex plans or tactics preferring to rely on his wit, reaction times, and raw strength since not even death can stop him with his clones and copies able to jump to his aid or even replace him. His copies are a large hive mind where each individual share memories, skills and acquired technologies with each other. As such he can pull newly acquired gear or items from other worlds almost immediately.

Due to all his abilities and experience the Seraphim is often times bored to the extreme and will even blank out or go on autopilot if he deems something not worth his attention. Nowadays he focuses on completely dominating a world or fully explore and research it before moving on.

Epsilon

An android who has the appearance of a female human with snow white skin and silver hair as well as possessing golden eyes. She usually wears a black jacket with yellow insides along with a white shirt though that usually varies along with either black jeans or yellow skirt.

In terms of abilities Epsilon possesses a computational ability surpassing any computer in the known universe, even the Vortigaunt empire doesn't have a computer capable of matching her without having to resort to using an imperial Decree. She also possesses access to the Seraphim's dimensional storage allowing her use any of weapons, armor or other devices within. She has mastered as many martial arts and military training as the Seraphim but she doesn't possess his physical ability being about 100 times stronger than the average human.

She possesses an undying loyalty to the Seraphim due to him reuniting and reassembling her together with her sister models. Now they float within Epsilons memories and personality core and can discuss with one another. This may be why Epsilon has such a powerful computational ability since multiple personalities can multi task and can take full advantage of her hardware.

Vanessa Windsor

The heir of the British Crown, she has long blonde hair reaching her waist with blue eyes. In terms of proportions she's above average with supermodel lines.

She had lived her entire life breezing through classes and whatever training thrown at her leaving her with a longing for something to truly match her equal or someone to struggle against. She's one of the best swordswoman in the world just before her own mother. Her eyes have the ability to see the flow of mana allowing her to see how her opponent will attack or how a photon based piece of technology work.

Its up to her steel will and determination whether or not she'll break or continue to climb and attempt to reach the strength of the Seraphim.

Terminology

A list of explanations for certain terminology

(list will be updated when new terms are used)

1. Photons: scientific term for what is essentially mana. Certain people are able to channel environmental photons to charge photon based technology, everything from weapons to even data pads.

2. Data pad: a futuristic designed tablet capable of displaying its screen as a holographic image, immense computing power and other useful features all in a slim compact and sleek design.

3. Dimensional storage: a photon based technology that allows for storage using a pocket dimension similar to fantasy bags of holding, storage size is limited on power supply and computational power since the device has to manage all the items put in it. As such, there are varying tiers of quality for such storage devices and even what types, everything from personal storage to large scale shipping capable of quadrupling a cargo ships capacity.

Location
Global superpowers

1. America

The US while not gaining any new official territory compared to the other superpowers did gain massive influence in South America, parts of africa and any other minor nation not part of the other superpowers sphere of influence. Militarily the US still remains on top but the difference is getting slimmer by the year, with the British gaining on manpower and the asian Union are nearly equalling in naval might. Still the only forces capable of competing with the US are the same forces who are on friendly relations with them.

2. British Empire

The British now control most of Europe with borders stretching from Portugal to parts of Poland. The northern European nations did peacefully get absorbed in exchange for more autonomy but the same can't be said for the rest of Europe. While the early years of the European conquest was rocky the monarchs managed to unite the continent and quiet dissent by using propaganda of a united Europe rather than British occupation, native languages are still used as primary languages with English being taught as a standard curriculum. The transition was further smoothed by using the framework of the old European Union. Canada and Australia still remain commonwealth members though they have strong ties to the local superpowers like America or the Asian Union.

3. Asian Union

The origins of the Asian Union was with the ASEAN group, Japan and the now unified Korea asked to join to pool resources and manpower in the face of both a resurgent China and a more powerful India with aid from the US the Union was able to beat back a Chinese invasion of Korea and a naval war against India. Compared to the British or American forces the AU rely on their naval power and highly effective marines, because of this they rarely leave their territory and focus on keeping the Chinese and Indians in check in case they decide to stop fighting over central Asia.

4. The others

China, India, Russia are technically declining nations but are being propped up by their population and the resources found in the aftermath of the energy blast. When parts of africa, the middle East, and central Asia were hit vast resources where scattered across the world with those areas in particular being highly concentrated. While other nations focused on longevity and making the most of the resources they got the Chinese, Russians, and Indians focused maximum production at the cost of efficiency, leading to a quantity over quality manufacturing complex. This was further enhanced by wartime necessity since all 3 fought over control of the most resource rich territories. Now most superpowers consider these 3 as large but relatively unthreatening nations that are to be played of each other. Of course a drastic change in leadership and foreign policy could lead to any one of the three becoming one of the global superpowers.
