Julius is a twenty-year-old law student who tragically lost his life at the hands of a god who manipulated his loved ones into killing him. After he died, Julius found himself in a white dimension where he met a god who was not from Earth. The name of this god was Melius, the God of Light and Creation. Julius is our MC.
[Appearance]: Before being reincarnated, he was a fair-skinned Hispanic young man with long brown hair and a pair of green eyes. He was 1.76 tall. However, after his reincarnation, his appearance changed into that of a boy with exotic facial features, whose skin was slightly darker than it was in his previous life, his hair became completely pitch black, and his eyes were now brown-colored. His new body was around 1.30 meters tall.
Fred is a man known by many names and nicknames: Frederick Laurent, Fred Armanz, or his most famous one from he was a knight: Skull Crusher.
[Appearance]: Fred is a 2 meters tall and extremely muscular man. He has hazel-colored eyes and brown hair. He usually wears a white tank top, plain-looking brown pants, and a pair of leather boots.
He's an easygoing and very friendly man who has a smile on his face most of the time. He often laughs in the face of danger and he enjoys fighting. Despite his appearance and demeanor, he is a chivalrous man with a great sense of justice who would not hesitate to do everything in his power to protect the people of Marcel and his own family. He is without a doubt the strongest person on the continent of Hresviae.
One day while he was hunting, he found a small black-haired boy being attacked by a group of goblins. Without hesitation, he saved the boy who ended up introducing himself as Julius.
Julius was a mysterious kid... He didn't remember his last name, the names of his parents, the place he came from, or why he was in the dangerous forest. Fred believed the child had amnesia and took him with him to his home where he introduced Julius to his wife, Lilia, and his two daughters, Liliana and Luna.
Both Lilia and Fred decided to take care of the boy until they were able to find his family.
He ended up recruiting his former subordinate and long-time friend, Tiria Feru, in order to find the family of the black-haired boy.
Fred soon started training Julius in the ways of martial arts after the boy asked for his teachings. It was discovered that the boy had enormous potential and an incredible eagerness to learn, something which left Fred both incredibly surprised and extremely excited. He's looking forward to seeing what kind of man will Julius turn into and how strong he will grow up to be.
Fred was 35 years old when he first appeared in chapter 1. He is 38 years old after the time skip in chapter 24.
Lilia is a very wise magician and Fred's wife. They have a pair of twin daughters, Liliana and Luna.
[Appearance]: She's a petite (1.54m) and slender woman with delicate facial features. She has long brown hair that goes way past her shoulders and a pair of blue eyes. Her favorite attire consists of a white blouse, a long matching skirt that goes a bit below her knees, and a pair of sandals.
She's a kind woman with a playful personality. Most of the time, she has a motherly aura around her, although that motherly aura can quickly turn into something completely scary when Lilia gets angered.
In her youth, she was the apprentice of one of the most renowned magicians on the continent, Arentia Mardik. She has a reputation of her own as a magician back in the Empire's capital city.
One day, her husband returned from a hunting trip with a small black-haired boy in tow. The boy's name was Julius.
Julius was apparently suffering from amnesia since he didn't remember why he was in the dangerous Great Forest of Falgren, nor the names of his parents.
Lilia and Fred then decided to take care of him until they were able to find the family of the boy... That was the case until the truth about the origin of the black-haired boy was revealed by Julius himself and Lilia discovered the immense magical potential of the boy.
Lilia had no doubt that she had to teach the boy about the wonders and the uses of magic.
Lilia had a long talk with her husband and the two of them came to the conclusion that had to take care of the kid as if it was their own, so they adopted Julius. Though, Lilia was already convinced that the boy would eventually become a part of their family sooner or later since both of her daughters quickly developed a big crush on the boy.
She's patiently waiting for the day when she can tease the three of them about their relationship.
She was 35 years old just like her husband when she first appeared in chapter 1. She's 38 after the time skip in chapter 24.
She's the oldest daughter of Lilia and Fred and the older sister of Luna.
[Appearance]: She's 1.30 meters tall. She has a pair of blue eyes and long brown hair that reaches her waist. She usually wears the same outfits as her sister, the only difference being the colors that she chooses. Her usual outfit consists of brown shorts, leather boots, and a black shirt.
Just like her mother, she has a very playful personality. She also has inherited the easygoing and friendly attitude of her father, so it is easy for her to make new friends. She's a clingy person who likes to tease the people she loves. On the other hand, she gets really embarrassed when she's the one being teased.
She prefers playing outdoors, but she also loves reading romance novels with her mother and sister. She's the oldest of the twins by a few minutes.
She's the youngest daughter of Lilia and Fred the younger sister of Liliana.
[Appearance]: She's 1.30 meters tall. She has a pair of blue-colored eyes and long brown hair that reaches her waist. She usually wears the same outfits as her sister, the only difference being the colors that she chooses. Her usual outfit consists of brown shorts, a pair of leather boots, and a white shirt.
Tiria Feru is a former knight who trained under the legendary Skull Crusher, Frederick Laurent. She was given the nickname "Demonic Wind" during her career as a knight.
She started her training under Fred when she was 14 years old due to the insistence of her father. She spent many years by Fred's side, not only his pupil but also his friend and his second-in-command. Currently, she's the Guild Grandmaster in the Marcelian Empire, which means that she's the one responsible for all the guild's branches in the Empire. She often hides this fact saying that she's only in charge of the branch of Norvek, a town on the northern border of the Empire.
[Appearance]: Tiria is a very petite woman, barely reaching 1.50 meters in height. Her red hair barely reaches her shoulders and her eyes are violet-colored. Her regular outfit consists of a white shirt, a black tie, a long and heavy blue colored coat with matching pants, and a pair of leather boots.
She's a Half-Elf. She has pointy elven ears that she hides with magic.
Tiria is an extrovert who enjoys drinking alcohol, cursing, and gambling. She often slacks off in her administrative work and leaves it all to her assistant, Martin. She also leaves all the troublesome matters to him as well due to all the trust she has in Martin because of how competent he is.
The God of Light and Creation. He has the appearance of a tall (1.80m) young-looking man with short white hair and silver-colored eyes. He showed himself wearing a toga similar to the ones the ancient greeks used.
He was sealed in his own Divine Realm by the God of Deceit and Treachery, Agmos with the help of his siblings.
He brought Julius to his prison after his death and then offered him a deal. Julius would be able to live a new life and get revenge in exchange for Melius' liberation from the white void that is his Divine Realm.
He told Julius that he should look for the help of the Goddess of Knowledge, Lia.
The reasons why he was sealed or for how long he has been sealed currently remain unknown.
Lia is the Goddess of Knowledge and Emotions. She's the second deity to ever be born in the void before the world came to be. She's also known as the Dark Goddess due to her being the protector of all of the Dark Races.
Lia has always been known for her beauty. She's a gorgeous woman with a pair of crimson-colored eyes and her hair is completely pitch-black. Her hair is so long that it usually reaches the floor despite her being 2.30 meters tall. She usually wears a purple dress which only highlights her beautiful, elegant, and delicate features.
But her appearance has not always been like that... She had acquired that appearance after merging with Thiasis, the Goddess of Emotions.
When she was born, her original appearance was that of a ten-year-old girl with the same long pitch-black hair and facial features which appeared to be almost devoid of emotions. Moments after her birth, she was wearing a black-colored sundress and she was barefooted.
Since she's two goddesses merged into one, her personality can be way different depending on which side of her you meet when she is split. Her logical half (The original Lia) is stoic, strict, and very serious, while her emotional half (Thiasis) is a bit lazy, extremely empathetic, and very friendly. When both of these halves are merged, the personality of her emotional half is more dominant than the logical one.
She tries to spend as much time as she can split as that is the only way in which she can achieve perfect logic and perfect empathy and understanding of mortal's emotions.
Lia can be a bit childish at times since her emotional half likes to tease the people she considers important to her. She also has a very dark side to her... She's known as The Monster by the Gods of Earth due to her legendary temperament.
She started to feel a bottomless amount of affection for Julius after she reincarnated him as Crux, the son of the Demon Queen. She feels guilty about blocking his memories even though she knew it was necessary.
Norvek is a large town located in the north of the Casca Earldom near the border with the Kingdom of Valciar.
Due to the town's location, it serves as a center of trade between the Marcelian Empire and the Kingdom of Valciar. To the east of the town, there is an enormous forest known as the Great Forest of Falgren, a forest in which many monsters and dangerous beasts reside.
Due to how close Norvek is to the Great Forest of Fralgren and many other dangerous dungeons, the Adventurer's Guild established a branch in the town. Tiria Feru, The Demonic Wind serves as the current Guild Master of this branch.
Mia, her parents Harold and Natalie as well as her brother Klein were all born in the town of Norvek.
After the defeat of the original Demon King at the hands of the Hero, Rokkshar, and the Seraph, Daliah, the country known as the Marcelian Empire came to be. The country was founded by Rokkshar and his companions, uniting the twin continents of Hresviae Ecari and Hresviae Isheon under a single banner, putting an end to the Thousand-Year War.
Unfortunately, after the deaths of Rokkshar and all of those who aided him in the battle against the Demon King, the large empire he had left to his descendants would eventually shatter due to multiple civil wars. After hundreds of years of conflict, the Marcelian Empire lost most of its original territory, leaving the country with only the southern half of Hresviae Isheon as its core territory.
Despite the loss of territory throughout the years, the Empire has managed to maintain itself for almost two thousand years since its foundation.
The Great Forest of Falgren is undoubtedly one of the largest forests in the world as well as the most dangerous. Falgren has been a subject of study for many researchers, alchemists, and mages for hundreds, if not thousands of years due to many species of monsters, and animals that live in the forest as well as the plants that grow in there. It is said since ancient times that those who venture into the depths of the forest are never seen again, so most adventurers advise anyone who has to go to the forest to stick to the shallow areas for that reason.
Due to the orders of the Emperor of Marcel the former knight Fred Armanz and his family were to establish a village in one of the shallow areas close to the town of Norvek. The reasons why the Emperor ordered this are currently unknown.
Marenna is the name of the village where Julius, his adoptive family, and his friends live.
This village was a project granted to Fred the Skull Crusher by the Emperor of Marcel after he decided to retire from being a knight. The name was also granted by the Emperor after he sent his sister, Eliana, and his own daughter, the Crown Princess, Marina to do an inspection of Fred's progress.
The name "Marenna" comes from what is believed to be the name of the wife of the Hero of Hresviae, Rokkshar.
The village is located in the shallow parts of the dangerous Great Forest of Falgren and it is a day of travel away from Norvek, the largest town nearby.

The Dawn of the Gods is the name of the time period where all kinds of Gods were born as well as when they established The Assembly or the Divine Parlament as it is described by many researchers and scholars, and finally created the world and brought life to the endless white void that they called their home.
This period started when Melius, the God of Light and Creation witnessed the birth of the Goddess of Knowledge, Lia, and this period ended when the Schism of the Divine Assembly happened thousands of years afterward.
During the early stages of this period, many of the most important Gods were born. Amongst them, were the Ten Divines, as they are called by the Church of Melius.
Like it was previously stated, all the life in the world was created in this period by the grace of the Gods. Angels, the plants, the animals, the Humans, the Beastfolk, the Elves, the Dwarves, the Dragons, and even monsters... Our existence is a gift of the gods.
On top of the great gift that is living, they gave us two even greater gifts that we will never be able to properly thank them for... Mana and Magic.
They gave us the ability to manipulate the Six Primordial Elements, with the help of that mysterious, powerful and infinite energy known as Mana, us, mere mortals became able to use Magic, a power which was exclusive of those Divine Beings.
Hail the divines for their mercy and their wonderful gifts!
Signed,
Grant S. Ruddrac, High Priest of the Holy City of Melunas and professor of Theology of the Holy Cathedral.
The Schism of The Assembly is the tragic moment where the Gods started arguing and debating about how much should they intervene in the societies of mortals as well as how much freedom we mortals should get...
After reaching a stalemate, The Assembly was split into two sides. One of them was led by the Goddess of Knowledge, Lia, who later became known as the Dark Goddess, and the other by the Goddess of Lust, Ezra, and Agmos, the God of Deceit and Treachery.
Melius, our creator as well as other deities, remained neutral all throughout the conflict that was produced by the constant clashes between those two sides. Those gods encouraged mortals to pursue peace and to pay no mind to the conflict between those powerful divine beings as it didn't concern us...
However, there were many people that were tempted to fight in the name of the Gods that they followed, which only escalated the conflict between the Divines to an even greater scale... It soon had become an all-out war.
Truly, how pitiful and foolish we were to think that we could solve through violence something that the Divines couldn't resolve through words...
I beg for your forgiveness for all mortals, great ones...
Signed,
Grant S. Ruddrac, High Priest of the Holy City of Melunas and professor of Theology of the Holy Cathedral.
The Ten Divines formed the Assembly or the Divine Parlament in the endless white void after their birth. Those were:
The Ten Songs of Rokkshar is a group of the most elite warriors of the Marcelian Empire. Historically, most members of this group have been women who are part of the Royal Family with only a few exceptions. This is because the recorded number of males born within the Royal Family is extremely low.
This group was named in honor of the companions of the Hero, Rokkshar, the human man that saved the continent of Hresviae, from the threat of the first Demon King, Bass, and his armies.
When all of the Songs are together, they are a force to be reckoned with. Some even say that they could be capable of defeating the legendary Skull Crusher if they faced him together.
Just a hair under 100 chapters and the MC is still a kid!!! The tags for harem and smut are anywhere from 200-400 chaps away. If you are reading for the smut and harem, don't bother, unless the author does a time skip, which is doubtful due to how slow the author is progressing the story, as well as the author not putting anything out for 2 months, either the story will be dropped or the MC will hit adulthood by Dec 2024 maybe. In my opinion this story is not worth my time and should have time skipped to a point where the MC could have been an adult.

What happens when a demon boy has a charisma stat that's way too high? This story is one such follow through with that premise.
The author's answer seems to be a world of pedophiles. Sisters, aunts, and even goddesses aren't immune to falling in love and wanting to marry him. I think the only one untainted by the charm is the mom. And he's not even a preteen in age. It's really creepy and uncomfortable. I keep jumping through the chapters hoping for a time skip to make it more appropriate, but it seems not to be.
Sure, there's some other plot about saving the world from a bad guy that I'd like to read about, but it feels like the vast majority of chapters consist of women or little girls fawning over the main character while exclaiming "he's so cute!" Despite most characters being female, somehow the story fails the Bechdel test. I probably shouldn't have expected otherwise from the Harem tag, so that's my bad for expecting women with thoughts outside of "I want to better myself so MC will love me."

This novel is quite mediocre, the author loves info dumps and he doesn't understand the concept show don't tell he constantly explains every single thing, thought and action by every single character at every single moment and constantly changes POV to the point you can't keep track of who's who.
He constantly creates needlessly prolonged dialogue that sounds like a conversation in the head of a three year old. The character dynamics are silly and unrealistic. The magic and aura systems are shallow and are often useless since it doesn't matter if a character is a master all it takes is standing in the rain to bring down even the strongest people to their knees since getting cold is enough to defeat the powerful elite.
Not to mention the main characters constantly act like idiots I'm not sure if they are all meant to be idiots or the author isn't capable of writing a character with an IQ greater than a middle schooler.
there are so many plot holes and ass pulls that this novel is just a joke I couldn't keep reading after the thirtieth chapter even when I tried to ignore all the glaring flaws.

Well, it is a cute story about growing up in another world. With a revenge waiting to happen and the people around the transmigrated person being onto him. The story is told from multiple poofs and the extra characters don't have that plastic doll feeling to them that most have in web novels, which is good initiative on the side of the author.
However, the style needs a lot of work. The chapters are long. About 4k-5k long. And, while the paragraphs are small ones, that doesn't take away from the fact that the chapters are walls of text.
Still, the prose is good and there is a moderate among of exposition given with vivid descriptions and rich dialogues. The grammar is also good and, although some frequently used phrases were either out of place or too repetitive, or both, in one case, the author did their best to bring variety and make the use of words such as said and ask a minimal one.
If you like isekais and litrpgs, then this one won't disappoint you. As it faithfully follows the troupes of those two genres.

I really enjoyed it so far. This not my usual fare but periodically I like to read new things to keep things interesting and this has worked out well for me. There were some minor issues early but things have gotten better as the story has gone along. I read to be entertained not to be the literary or grammar police so you'll excuse me for keep this review nice and shallow.

As a premis this is good so far and even better out side the norm. I hope to see some trope's being use but in odd or not normal ways.
