Roy, a young boy at the age of 13 has grown up in a world where people held strange powers. These powers often categorized by their respective elements were all amazing and useful in their own ways. Unfortunately, Roy was not born with any powers. His twin sister, Roxanne, is determined to protect him from danger due to that very reason. But her help is no longer needed, the misfortunes of others will empower him.
