Roy is a young boy that was born without powers in a world that depended on them. He felt useless as a result. He worked hard to stay positive under any circumstances. He admires heroes and wants to help others.

Through odd circumstances, Roy manages to gain the powers of the Wind from his favorite Hero Wind Turbine!

Roy's Twin sister. She is over protective of her brother since he was considered weak by the world's standard. She is a top student at the academy and is recognized as a prodigy.

Sylvia has gone through many trials throughout her live. She used to work for the government as an assassin and is quite skilled as a result.

She shows little care for many things and is very casual as a result. She enjoys training Roy. (Don't let anyone know I told you that though)

The user can emit sound waves from various points in their body. They can also amplify or silence sound around them. Skilled users can direct the waves to specific locations which creates a powerful blast.
