This story seems to be created by an inexperienced author with some ideas. That's not to say immediately that everything by such authors is bad, yet most undeniably follow the trend of losing the ball and falling into the elder brother of the plot hole, the chasm.
The story starts with a classic unimportant first life "heroically saving a life" before dying and being reborn. From there, we get hit by the plotline of terrible people moving into the main character's house and being an ass for no real reason other than to be the throwaway villain.
And let's not forget to classically couple the anemic plot with horrendous world-building via a detached document with very important information that the author could not be bothered to weave into both an actual chapter or dialogue.
Chapter lengths are bite-sized and grammar is alright. The blurb/description, which is formatted somewhat "eye-hurty", hints that it will eventually evolve into a power trip op protag story which might be perfect for all those who have their brains rotten out waiting for their favourite series to release another chapter.
I do not expect any character development or growth whatsoever from any characters due to the inexperience of the author which is shown through their badly placed author notes in the middle of the story.
All in all, the author just needs more experience in writing novels along with linguistic finesse to properly realize their generic plot. After reading through all the current five chapters, I have not felt a shred of emotion towards any characters which is what the author needs to desperately improve on.
TL:DR - The author has some generic ideas but can't execute them due to a lack of skill. Read the story if you want to turn your primate brain off. Just do note the possibility of the story being dropped.
