Turning her head around, she found a seven-inch tail sticking out behind.

‘Phew!’ She felt relieved that it wasn’t what she thought it was.

"These soft paws, this cuddly and fluffy hair, this cute tail — ah shit, did I become a beast after my death, or have I been dreaming of being human as a beast all this time? If it is the latter, that is one long and realistic dream."

Far from the center of galactic civilization, The Palmyr Century was isolated enough to get advanced word of The Macro invasion. The Palmyr was able to close it’s Mirror Maze gateways to the rest of the Consortia and walled off i’s populated worlds from the threat of The Macros. For more than two hundred and fifty years this protection stood, until it was breached by Althea Ram.

Althea Ram, born on the planet Emerald in Palmyr Century was Trinary coding prodigy. This skill lead her to be recruited by a group, the ZAT, an organization engaged in illegal research into Macro code. When found out, the ZAT was eliminated on orders of The First Centurion. Althea escaped with her newly created AI, Dorian.

A fugitive, she found herself betrayed time and time again. Ultimately she joined a group organized by the Rian telepath Shirae Valerian. Shirae made a deal with Althea for her own reasons and provided her with a Mirror Port which would allow her to reach the Lost Worlds outside The Palmyr. I was having a bad day. A bad few months really. And I couldn't help but make that wish, only for it to be granted. I know that's not why it happened. Reality does not bend to my desires, and even if it did, I was mainly joking. But still, it feels a bit weird for the timing to be so perfect.

I failed to conquer the world of theater before, nothing but a hobby really.

Thrown into a prison facility just like the rest of the criminals, Ace had no choice but to take part in this survival game where players who suffered in-game deaths would surely follow a similar fate in real life.

But that wasn't all, since the players were in another world, the inhabitants of Earth had already forgotten the players even existed. Now what will he do since both his mother and sister had forgotten all about him?
