This is my first fanfic critisism is welcomed Synopsis: A soul drifts away from the cycle of reincarnation and into the void, something that has never happened before. A large amount of time passes with nothing happening, until an entity appears before the soul. Read to find out more.
Current world: DxD
Finished worlds: Arifureta
I have read up to the Akio vs Ophis fight, but don't plan to continue.
The grammar and spelling are fairly good, and the fanfic isn't unpleasant to read. The synopsis isn't original, but it works, and the starting world has the merit of not being one of the few already who are worked to death (Fate, Danmanchi, and so on...), so it's still somewhat refreshing.
Now, the Author has made a few mistakes:
- Absence of a long-term goal: A clearly defined long-term goal is good, as it gives a drive to the MC. There was one stated at the begining, gaining the love of the goddess, but it was thrown away in barely two chapters, by making her fall completely in love with a MC off-screen. What a cheap goddess, almost instantly relegated to generic harem member position.
- The MC progression is messed up: There is not a single point in the progression where the hero met actual danger, let alone suffered a scratch. OP heroes are boring heroes.
- Related to the previous point, Arifureta (the original novel) as well as this fanfic have a litrpg interface where the power of individuals can be quantified. In general, It is actually helpfull for authors to help them pace the progression of the characters properly. But in this fanfic, the character sheets became meaningless. Writing chapters describing stats in the hundreds of thousands and XX skills become a waste of time for both the author and the readers.
- Undeserved status: The MC has OP powers, but what did he really do to deserve them? Most were handed to him on a silver platter. That does not make for a relatable or likable MC.

I'm done reading, I've seen nothing but the MC being manipulative, no empathy established between the reader and him throughout my read. I've known some of the heroines but some how you made them unrecognizable, funny that those girls should have their own goal and belief in their original work, now their goal is nothing but to please the MC and their belief is whatever the MC belief in.
