This is a wish-fulfillment chaos through and through, and by chaos, I mean that. The protagonist is a sociopath who does whatever he/she likes, mostly to simply alleviate their boredom. You should not expect much logic from this story, but somehow it still makes sense, and the majority of time the main character is actually not stupid or delusional. This is pretty much what would happen if you gave omnipotence to someone who simply can't bother to care, about... anything. You probably need to have a certain mindset to actually like it, though, since the MC is a psychopath who would not hesitate to commit mass murder for fun or out of sheer annoyance.
But this is also its strongest point - absolute freedom. You cannot predict what would happen next; they can literally warp reality and turn the entire planet into a giant potato chip (crisp...), and then EAT it. Why? I don't know. Why not? That's what it's all about.
The writing is succinct and uses short sentences, just enough to make the point. It's not bad, but it is very simple. The grammar is fine.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, and it made me laugh many times. Just don't take it too seriously and you'll be in for a wild ride.
