Truck-kun the greatest assassin in existence hit the wrong target. As compensation God sends him to the Danmachi world. As a half-elf half-dwarf in a world of magic and monsters he wants to see all it has to offer.
I don't own these characters or the world (outside mc and fam)
There will be a bit of smuttiness, but it might take a while.
A pretty solid start to a danmachi fanfic
*Will update as the story unfolds
edit: May 24
Still interesting, plot taking place in his childhood, new developments have yet to "pay off" but the ground is being set.

First of, grammar: the first few chapters it's a bit iffy. Not unreadable by any standard, much better than a machine translation of foreign novels, just a few words misspelled here & there; annoying but 100% understandable. After that it's great English, practically without mistakes.
Next off, pacing: it's really good, I didn't ever think to myself that things happened too soon or that they were dragging on. When there's an occasional timeskip it's unnoticeable and seamlessly transitions, having great flow.
The mc: very fun & a tad bit clever. The MC is not some pervert (without limits I mean), neither does he do any evil acts that could otherwise help him achieve his goals... He's human, having his dreams and reasons for how he achieves things.
The cast: honestly great, they're lovable & aren't just robots with a voice box... They feel like people I mean, any dialogue in the story flows nicely.
Parity with the source material: dunno lol. Sorry 'bout this but I can't give a review on this category, I've only seen a few episodes years ago so I don't remember much. What I can say is that it's not following the original MCs (Bell & his group), giving a great and different perspective on things.
Overall this is a great novel, you should definitely give it a read if you're interested enough to read my long-as review. Either way enjoy your day &I wish you happy reading ^_^
