The main character in the novel Ultimate Fruit. Born from our world and somehow transmigrated to the world of One Piece! As he joins the Strawhat crew, he begins to discover a hidden power inside him!

Luffy's first mate. A former pirate hunter turned pirate by Luffy in the early chapters of One Piece and a 3-sword style (santoryuu) swordsman who uses 3 katanas that he wears in his belt. He has stoic expression and short green hair which Sanji usually refers him to as 'Mosshead' due to that. His iconic feature is the black headband that he wears when he turns serious but would leave it in his sleeve when not.

A former thief and member of the Arlong Pirates. Due to Arlong raiding her village when she was a kid, she joined his crew as a cartographer with the promise of buying her village if she gains 20 million Beli. Later on, she met Luffy who was able to beat Arlong and free her whole village which she then joins his crew as a navigator. With her knowledge in weather and navigation, she holds a staff called Clima-tact which had the ability to shoot out bubbles of different temperatures, thereby slightly controlling the weather. She has an orange short hair and a playful yet serious personality. Her iconic feature is the pinwheel and orange tattoo on her left shoulder where her previous Arlong tattoo was placed.

A liar and sharpshooter. His father's name is Yasopp, one of the officers in the Red Hair's crew. Due to his childhood, he learned how to lie to make others feel happy. He also tinkers and makes gadgets that he often uses in his lie or in a fight. Nami's Clima-tact is one of his inventions as well and would further upgrade it in the future. His aim is extremely accurate with his weapon being a slingshot where he shoots various different pellets to either confuse or defeat an enemy. His personality is cowardly, yet when needed, he becomes a brave warrior who would do anything to save his friends! He has curly black hair and an especially long nose. His iconic feature is his goggles that he wears on his head that he uses as sort of like a scope.

The chef of the Strawhat crew. Being born in the noble Vinsmoke family, he finds himself different from his brothers and sister so he ran away. Eventually being found by former pirate, Red Leg Zeref, he learns how to cook and learns his kicking style as well. After being convinced by Luffy, he joins his crew in order to fulfill his dream of finding All Blue! His personality is that of a pervert and a gentleman at the same time. When he sees a beautiful woman, he swoons and loses all sense of sanity, even going so far as to nose bleed when the woman is especially beautiful. He has short yellow blonde hair and a curly eyebrow which Zoro often teases him with 'Curlybrows' from time to time. His iconic feature is his cigarette which he could be seen mostly smoking.

Formerly known as Miss All Sunday as part of Crocodile's Baroque Works. Another name know by the Marines is 'Devil Child' due to her ties with Ohara. She is said to be the only remaining person who can read the Poneglyphs that can lead to the ancient weapons, the true history, or to One Piece itself. She's a curious and frank person who can say deadly things while not changing her expression. Her powers come from the devil fruit called Hana Hana no Mi (Flower Fruit) which allows her to sprout her body parts to anywhere she wanted. She has black hair that falls down to her shoulders. She has no visible iconic feature that she wears on her but she could be seen wearing a pair of sunglasses on her head most of the time.

A hentai (pervert) cyborg. As an engineer, he had modified his whole body with various weapons and fuel them using cola. He was the one who had made the Strawhat's new pirate ship called Thousand Sunny and equipped it with various functions as well. His personality is that of a pervert as he never wears pants and only wears brief every time. He has blue hair and a pair of star tattoos on his left and right arms. His iconic feature is he wears a pair of black sunglasses on his head.

A skeleton. He had no shadow when Luffy first found him. After defeating Gecko Moria and reclaiming the shadows he took, Brook joined the Strawhat crew as the musician. He is also proficient in swordsmanship and would carry a sword cane with him at all times. Due to eating the Yomi Yomi no Mi (Revive Fruit), he is unable to die which was why he still lives despite being a skeleton. Because of his lightweight, he can walk across the water despite being supposedly weak to it. He has a big black afro and would often be seen wearing a tophat. His iconic feature is...well, he's a skeleton. But after the 2-year time skip, he would be seen wearing a golden crown and pink heart-shaped glasses on his head.

A princess of Alabasta. After her father is accused of stealing the rain, she sneaked out and infiltrated Baroque Works to figure out the true mastermind. Later on, she joins Luffy and his crew to take down Crocodile and free her own kingdom! She has a kind and courageous personality even though she is a princess. She has long blue hair and has a pet called Karoo who is basically a big duck she can ride to travel the desert.

King of Alabasta and the father of Vivi. Among the world alliance, he is one of the just and fair Kings that ruled his kingdom. Despite being a King, he attaches great importance to his subjects and his people. He has long black curly hair and a goatee with three points on his chin.

Former Shichibukai. He dreams of creating a nation of his own and wanted to find Pluto in order to achieve this. Later on, he was stopped by Luffy and his Shichibukai title was revoked by the Marines and is serving his time in the lower levels of Impel Down. His powers came from the devil fruit Suna Suna no Mi (Sand Fruit) which resulted in him being able to transform and control sand. He has short black hair that's neatly combed and a long line of a scar in the middle of his face which was said to be a result of his fight with Whitebeard. He is also seen to be wearing a golden hook on his left hand as well.

Said to be the treasure left by the previous Pirate King, Gol D. Roger in the final island of the Grand Line, Raftel! Currently unknown as to what sort of treasure it really is but many pirates dream to one day acquire it and become the new era's Pirate King!

A unique fruit that randomly appears in the Grand Line. When eaten, it would give you powers but in turn, make you weak to the sea. Devil fruits are further categorized into three types.

• Paramecia: The Paramecia Devil Fruit is the most commonly seen type among the three. It grants its users abilities that affect their body, manipulate their surroundings, or produce substances.
• Logia: Logia Devil Fruit allows users to transform into natural elements or forces of nature. They are often considered the most powerful and rarest of the three types.
• Zoan: The Zoan Devil Fruit allows its user to transform into another species, at will. It provides the user with three basic forms: Human Form, Human Beast Form, and Beast Form.
