It is my first novel that I started a long time ago and that I write with some slowness but always trying to give the best of me. I love very much these themes of cultivation and fights, romance and soft slices of life, so I decided to create my own novel that maybe could be enjoyable and charming for some or boring and disappointing for many, but it doesn't matter.

In the beginning you will find a lot of clichés and tropes similar to almost every novel, even in the first 200-300 chapters, because I didn't know how to give an original and unique start. But I'm always aware of your comments, criticisms and complaints, which help me to broaden my horizons and perspectives and give a better writing and story to the novel.

My writing and consistency at the beginning can be ugly with many mistakes, but as the story progresses I have learned from my mistakes and corrected a lot, even changing the way of narration a little as the story progresses and I write gradually.

PS: Don't get carried away by the names of the chapter titles, some will seem to say the MC's cultivation or that he will start planning or have objectives against others, which is completely wrong. Sometimes I can't think of a suitable title and just write the simplest one, hehe.

Something I think I should note before anyone gets into the story(especially those who are aware of earlier iterations) is that the mc is pretty naive and clueless(some even say useless) but that is a deliberate choice. It does not remain so forever as the he matures overtime but this takes a while and I would say to wait a bit for the chapters to collect if you get annoyed by pathetic MCs. However, one thing I will say is that in combat the mc is extremely powerful(the first real fight happens between chapter 30-40). His weak personality is way to limit him so I can slowly grow his character, otherwise, story progression became very boring. There needs to be real stakes and if most fights are steam rolls I needed some other way to introduce tension. Maybe I pushed it a tad far but we shall see, the whole premise here is for him to slowly come in to his own as master cultivator and people around him that help him grow(both intentionally and unintentionally). And of course women he collects along the way. <<less

I've always been a fan of progression fantasy. However, I do feel disappointed by many of them, with too many characters that vanish into irrelevancy, sometimes arcs that are overly repetitive and a lack of characters ideals. In this story, I aim to instill more character ideals, motivations, and integrate said characters throughout the story, and ensure their interaction with the main character remain relevant to his heart. Perhaps, it's best to say I want the story to have a 'human spirit' that one could feel in old-school wuxia and action/adventure stories. <<less
