He cannot be considered in any type of character placement but he was Neutral Evil in past.

He is already beyond the concepts and understanding his thoughts is already impossible. 

The main male lead of this Fanfic. As a scientist, he tried to do some work on some Nuclear Energy Project, which caused an explosion, leading to him being entering the Void and getting chosen by Dio who was now bored after spending Trillions of Years alone.

Due to being corrupted by the concept of Chaos & Order, his personality switches frequently, making him stay in a loop of being True Neutral, Chaotic Neutral, Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Evil. 

He can save a guy from dying in torture and feed him to a healthy state, only to suddenly use him for his experiment.

He loves his family, but if there is a situation where he is threatened by his family members, he will kill the family members himself but revive them in the future. No one gets in his way to reach the peak of all the world.
