First things first: This story has GL mind control and dubcon (because Lily doesn't fully control the mind control, and most of the s*x happens after the mind control happens). It's not malicious and everyone is happy at the end of the day, but it's definitely there, so if those things make you uncomfortable this story may not be for you. (Also futa eventually)
Other than that, it's pretty focused on the harem, with relatively little action and exposition so far, except where it directly pertains to current events in the story, and even then it's fairly simple. The smut is quite good, as long as you have no issues with the power dynamics involved. I haven't noticed any glaring grammatical errors, but I may have just missed them. I'd say give it a shot, if you don't like how Lily gets her first girlfriend/harem member, it's probably not for you, but if you do then it should be a good time.
