Good story, and as the other reviewer says, surprisingly wholesome if very smutty. I've rated it 4 rather than 5 as there is almost no interaction between his ladies unless he specifically directs it to happen which I think is a missed opportunity - and not just s*xually, but really nothing at all, even though he ends up with a harem (which I don't think could be considered a spoiler - see chapter 13) living in the same house.
Other than that minor thing, this story is very well well written, no grammar/spelling issues, each chapter is complete (none of that every chapter ending in a cliff-hanger annoyance) and the smut is steamy, but also wholesome, which is something I didn't think was possible, but the author pulls it off extremely well.
If you like this sort of story, I highly recommend it.

A wholesome mind-control smut story! There aren't many stories like this, and fewer are written as well as this. So to me it feels like a hidden treasure
All the characters are well-written and have an impact on the story. There is plenty of smut for people who only came for that, but there is also some actual relationship building that feels authentic. I love the characters that are in the story. I can't go too much into details without spoiling it so I encourage anyone who likes smut to give it a try.
