I'm not really sure where the claims that this is the best R18 story come from, but I have my theories. This is my personal opinion after reading 5 chapters. I really couldn't go further than that.

First, it looks to be a wish fulfillment story. Having read it a bit, I'm left with one question: "Just whose wishes are being fulfilled here?". Definitely not mine. And there comes the theory part. It's targeting teenagers. So, if you fit into that demographic, you just might have a blast with this one. Because it's genuinely well written. Because it looks like the author really tried to write a good story and take their own writing seriously. The effort is there and it feels.

So, the pros:

The grammar is good, although I can't judge this part accurately, as I'm not even a native speaker. The style, word flow and general readability are all up there, they won't ever break your immersion or make you pause. The characters, those that I've seen at least, are all distinct and lively. The author really wanted to make the girls seem different to each other and succeeded in it. The plot is there. And, well. It's there... all right? As much as we can talk about "plot" in a smut wish fulfillment story. Stuff happens. Slice of life. It's not boring and I congratulate the author on being able to do that, because it's not easy.

There was a single smut part in 5 chapters that I've read and it was good. Like, actually good. If that's the main thing you're looking for, you're in luck.

The cons.

Dialogues. I'm sorry, but most of them are really, really dry. Everyone talks like they've been coached by some very proper and prim parents. Scratch that. It actually reads rather robotic, businessy. The thing is, even people like that do it only when the situation calls for it. An old businessman from New York won't ever speak to their friends the same way they talk during an important business deal. Never mind teenagers! This is easily the worst part of this story to me. Additionally, the mc's understanding of "flirting" and that it actually works will make you cringe so hard you'll bite something in your mouth unintentionally.

General logic "seducing". Or whatever you want to call it. "Flirting" in this story means looking at a girl's private parts with a "smoldering gaze" (actual phrase from the story). Apparently, girls orgasm from that. Not call cops on you. This is the wish fulfillment part, I take it? But with how easy it is, I don't really ~feel anything good from reading it. There is no, "feel good" part. The MC is not sly, crafty, kind, wise or any other interesting thing you want to be yourself. The MC just goes up to a girl, looks at them, says something cringy and the girl comes. And you're left with question marks above your head. He just literally hugs two girls at one point, both of whom are shy btw, leans down and kisses them. Then it is assumed they are his girlfriends. Like, this is the extent of romance you'll see here. If you're fine with that, good.

If you're looking for something that makes sense, I don't recommend this one. But you might still want to try it out. Based on all the other reviews, they seem to like it. I just have no idea why personally.

This was well-written. It has good grammar, good characterization. Dialogue can be stilted, but I still feel that I get that each character has thought behind them. I am dropping this story as the main character decides to f**king piss down the throat of an abuse victim. He rescues a woman from an abusive situation, and on day 2.5 after pisses down her throat after a blowjob because he's too busy to go to the bathroom in a toilet. Even under these altered world rules that the author presents, this is so far out of line in terms of abusive behavior that I can no longer empathize with the main character at all. I genuinely wish the story didn't have this as I was very interested in the characters, but this is a line that shouldn't be crossed.

This review is about 5 chapters in which is equivalent to about 40k words. Chapters are massive, almost 10k words in length if I had to give a rough estimate.

To answer the question in the synopsis; No, I don't wish to do high school again even if I was smarter, hotter, richer. I much more prefer being an adult, I like the independence. And if you're like me, you probably won't enjoy this smut that much. Because while the smut is well written, you're constantly reminded that these people arent adults. Except one, who seems to be quite predatory in nature. Which is the rub. All this extra lifetime of experience and the only thing it's good for is seducing girls that have never been seduced before, girls struggling with puberty and the hormones that run rampant. Couldn't think of anything else to do? Really?

Furthermore, in this world women quite literally get addicted to men. So much so, that there's an entire taboo of going to another man's house and turning into basically an addict. Yet our MC gets a pass on this because he's the MC.

This isn't smut with plot, it's just cheap smut in a world where women are extremely easy. If that's your thing, read on. If not, save your time and go elsewhere. Because this smut does require you to turn your brain off.

If I had to criticize the novel is that it lacks interactions outside the harem bubble especially in class where it would events would incite others to notice but it seems no one cares. It detracts from the authenticity that I crave for in harem novels but even with that it still rates high. The MC seems to care about the people around him. Its also a bit unnatural that he only dips in two pools of women.

Honestly, that's just a big fat (flat is justice) juicy slice of (smutty, like ~80%) life,

The story is exactly what it is when you read "hentai logic" (that supposed to be in tags somewhere), it is unrealistic, but let's not kid ourselves at least, if you are here for wish fulfilment, you will get it in droves, try not to drown. The amount of girls, s*x, cheesy dates - all relaxing and heart-warming.

I think chastity captivates with the quantity meanwhile not losing that much in quality. Plethora of new characters and their different personalities, which stay consistent, is really pleasant and endearing (to you know who), it's why I stayed for so long despite having to trudge through smut sometimes.

The writing quality is decent, no miracles. Being real, it is level higher than most here. And yes, compliments later on tend to get repetitive (chastity do something about it).

5 stars cuz I read more than a thousand pages, 'n I regret nothin' (please believe me, please 🙏). Oh, and be assured there's an epilogue, yeah guys, thats a concluded harem story, lo and behold.

This is just pure painful trash. This is the telltale reason why you can't trust the internet sometimes, trash gets good reviews simply because people that would give bad ones don't bother. Well, it bothered me!

I hate how non-seriously they treat s*x and romantic relations, how the MC just goes along with crap and doesn't have a bit of self respect and integrity, also how he just goes along with everything. Besides his "maturity" the fact that he is of another world and much older than shown has no impact on plot besides "connecting" with the audience. Honestly I am disappointed, and as a person that has a really high tolerance for what I read I am surprised I survived long enough. 

If you like stupid s*x situations that would never happen in real life and you are reading because of some degenerate weird fantasy, then go ahead. If you want an actual story with real characters that feel like they do and think stuff beyond the smut tag then this is not for you. I am sorry too, I know the pain.

Easily in the top 3 harem R18 stories I have ever read, even outside or its genre, it is really well written and well thought out. Its characters and world building are easy to remember and interesting, with even shows inside of the story that seems cool to read about. Everything in this novel shows so much experience from the writer, from the dialogues and character development to the world and smut. The size of the chapters is amazing, I read it in one sitting but didn't even see that it had less than 40 chapters, I will gladly wait for more to come everyday. I can only think of less than 5 novels that made me this enthusiastic in wanting to read more. Thank you, author, for writing this story and you deserve a lot more attention for it, I hope this story goes for a long while.

I really like how you handle and distinguish the cast of women. They seem unique, enough that it allows someone as forgetful as me to remember who it is just from the way they speak and how they interact. The only suggestion I could really give is to add a auxillary chapter of sorts so we don't forget what someone looks like. Overall it's pretty solid and I'd recommend anyone who stumbles into this gem to read this.

I’ll keep this short and concise since ya’ll probably wanna get on with the snu snu. If you like harem, a dash of school life & SoL, and some seggs, you would most definitely like this novel. The scenes are well structured and detailed. The characters have their own unique quirks. Then the MC is a chad who bangs women left and right. Also if you are fine or a lover of incest then this one’s for you too. So far however they have only explored vanilla stuff so if you’re into hardcore don’t expect too much.
