Damn the way the characters interact with each other, the character development of all characters, the environment interaction and social and political aspect of the story... all of them are so stiff that it's like asking a professional critique to critic something that's already trashy.馃槵馃槵馃槵
For example the other characters have a bad impression on the MC but then 'Hey he actually train?' then later 'his actually a good person, I want to be his friend!' something like this happen in one chapter! Theirs no building up of ANYTHING but straight up shooting it to the point!
I gave 3 stars because I pity the author who put effort into making this story, but that's all, still trashy story.

Okay so let's talk about 'I reincarnated as a minor villain in an anime.'
Rating- 2.88 round up to 3
The story itself is passable鈥攏ot to the point where it will blow your mind away, but also not something that will make you question yourself. Everything else needs a lot of work.
The simple dialogues between the characters, the fighting scenes, the world in itself, and the MC's daily life all feel lifeless. They don't invoke any feelings, as if they are meant to be a journal or a child's rambling, making no sense whatsoever.
There are way too many instances where the author gives a plain ass description like "he did training, " "he went there, " "he used the special room." Okay, but what did he really do there? How did he train himself? What were the challenges he overcame? How come me a reader is supposed to connect with him when I don't even know what the hell is he going through?
The harem is the usual Japanese novelesque, but as of now he hasn't confirmed anything with anyone, and from the looks of it, it is going to take a long time. Also, and this is just my opinion, why is he not attempting to seize every available opportunity to spend time with the girls? If you don't really like them, then say it to their face and be with it. Why the drag?
I believe that the author could do much much better than this but why is he not doing that?
Now that remains to a mystery.

So far my problem with this novel is the lack of proper Conversation (which Creates a lack of attachment in Harem girls, which author may/may not want readers to root for). Latest Chapter (29) showed some improvement on that. Conversation basically ends within 3/4 sentence at best. Also, Pacing of certain arcs feel too robotic. His training Arc is basically 'I did this, I did that,.. Now I can do this'..*Finished training Arc*. Overall, Focus of the novel seems too fixated on Outline rather than fleshing out characters.聽

Ups and Downs.
MC is at first mentally weak and contradictory, then he gets his act together, then he goes back to being a pushover.
Whenever it comes to the girls in his harem he's pretty much a ragdoll that lets them do whatever they want with him, this was annoying but bearable up until; one of his girlfriends tried to rape him, and he doesn't immediately kick her out of his house, contact the authorities, or punish her in anyway. Instead he forgives her the literal next day, only for her to join in on attacking him as punishment for flirting with another girl. MC allows them to attack him because he thinks he deserves physical abuse for the offense of being slightly inconsiderate to his harem, (if you're fine getting five timed you should be fine getting six timed)
This wasn't played for laughs because MC spends the rest of the day in the infirmary, and his harem half-assedly apologize to him. Even his magic sword that protected him when his gf tried to rape him, didn't intervene because "he deserved it" to which the MC agrees.
To top it all off, he decides to reward them for their behavior as an apology, keeping in mind that one of the people he rewards is an attempted rapist. (The reward by the way is his virginity so he gives the rapist exactly what she wanted).
Honestly this was a 3 or 4, the last few chapters take off at least 2 stars, I'll be nice and give it 2 stars.
